2 GettingStarted The link to add your events to our online database can be found here: The 2018 tournament page will be hosted on a page through our Wisconsin company, Wisconsin Sports Services. You must have a SportsEngineaccount to access the registration site. You will find links to sign up for this FREE account once you get to the registration page.

3 After clicking on the registration link you will be asked to describe the Type of Event you are registering. With this system you may register multiple age divisions together as long as they have ALL OF THE FOLLOWING in common: Same Start/End Date Same Cost Same Classification level (i.e. all AAA age groups held on the same weekend) Same location (could be an area you label here, then get more specific with attachments you can later include) If you are running AA and AAA events on the same weekend, for example, they will need to be listed separately in the system.

4 Please fill in all of the information on the Event Details page. It is especially important to have dependablecontact information for the listed Tournament Director. It is crucial that teams wishing to play in your event be able to get in touch with the tournament director with any registration questions they may have. If you have more information you wish to add regarding your tournament, take advantage of including up to two tournament flyers with your listing. On the actual Listings page, there will be some of the information you enter displayed on the main listings page, and the complete information will be available to view by clicking the Details link on the left hand side of the page. Any attachments you include will be viewable in the Details link as well. UPDATE YOUR LISTING THROUGH the Division(s) Full feature. When you have divisions that fill up in that specific listing, go back in through your registration (in Dashboard) and enter in those divisions as Full so teams know it is no longer available.

5 You will receive an receipt, confirming your MYAS-WSS/SportsEngineregistration once complete. If you need to update your listing you can sign back in and go to your Registrations and alter what you need to. If you d like your tournaments to be considered for GSTC qualifiers, they must be on our listings page by December 29, The MYAS baseball staff will post GSTC qualifying status for tournaments on Friday, January 5. If you are entering events you do not wish to be considered for GSTC qualifiers, please include those specific tournaments in an to tony@myas.org. The fee for each GSTC qualifier (age/division) awarded is $50 for Invoices for GSTC qualifiers will be sent to the listed tournament directors around January 15, Bats for 2018 The Gopher State Baseball League Advisory Committee (made up of coaches and directors) has elected to stay with USSSA bat rules for With this, MYAS/Gopher State will accept either USSSA bats or USA bats in their events. It is YOUR CALL for what bat standards you will use at your own event. We will not force you to abide by certain rules for the events you are running on your own. If you elect to accept only USA bats at your community tournament that will not exclude you from being awarded GSTC qualifying status. We HIGHLY recommend you advertise clearly what bat standards you will be accepting in your tournament flyer and on your tournament website.

6 The last eligible weekend for 10AA, 11AA, 12AA, 13AA and 15AA GSTC qualifiers will be June The last eligible weekend for 14AA, 9U, all AAA and all A GSTC qualifiers will be June 29-July 1. With the amount of tournaments being held in Minnesota now, not all tournaments will be awarded GSTC qualifying status. We cannot guarantee a qualifier to any tournaments so please make sure your listings on other organizations websites are advertised correctly. MYAS/Gopher State will not add berths to your tournament if you incorrectly advertised your tournament as GSTC when it was not on our list of qualifiers. Don t hesitate to contact the MYAS baseball staff if you have any questions during the process of adding your tournaments.
