2 With this type of stand you have all you need to exhibit at a very competitive price. You can personalize your stand by choosing the color of the wall paint, the carpet or with additional elements. Fill in the form at the end of this document. This type of stand includes: Stand open onto aisles. Chipboard walls painted in colors to choose(*): Green (Pantone 377 U) Orange (Pantone 130 U) Maroon (Pantone 187 U) White Black (Pantone Black U) Aluminium profiles. Storeroom with door as follows: Up to 16 sq.m....1 sq.m. From 16.5 to 32 sq.m....2 sq.m. From 32.5 to 48 sq.m....3 sq.m. From 48.5 sq.m. upwards...4 sq.m. Furniture each 16 sq.m.: table, 4 chairs and 1 stool (maximum 4 groups). Fair-type fitted carpet in colours to choose(*): Leaf Green Billiard Green Orange Sienna Black Burgundy Decorative trimming 50 cm. LIGHTING General lighting based on 300w halogen spotlights in rails, providing 1 spotlight every 4 sq.m. of stand. Electrical installation comprising switchboard with differential magnetotherm, and with an outlet of 500w each 16 sq.m. prepared for up to 130w/sq.m. (maximum 4 units). LETTERING Sign in standarized letter with the Exhibitor's Name and Stand Number on each side facing an aisle (maximum 20 characters). INCLUDED SERVICES Daily cleaning (Type A). OBSERVATIONS All services or modifications that you wish to add or make, parting from these basic features shall be at your expense. The height of the Auxiliary Industry Tailor Made Modular Stand will be 4 m. Blind perimeter enclosures can be made but may not exceed 50% of each aisle. We shall try to adapt the layout of the elements that form the stands, the additional ones as well as the structural ones that are necessary for the support of the stand as much as possible to the exhibitor s needs, if it is technically possible and the plan is received with the pertinent instructions at the latest fifteen days before the beginning of the assembling period. Once the stand has been assembled, changes in the location of any of the elements previously described, and of which the Management has not been notified on due time, shall be billed. The elimination, by the exhibitor, of any element of the prefabricated stand shall not mean a reduction in its cost. All material you may use, both structual or electrical, is rented, and therefore, any deterioiration in it shall be billed at current rates. Counters are not included in the stand (see Accessories section) (*) Printed colors are approximate. Choose and indicate the colors you want in the Form on the last page of this document. If we do not receive the form before September 10th, 2013, by default the stand walls will be green and the fair carpeting leaf green.
