Carpet The stand surface is covered by a grey standard carpet. Furniture package A table 120x60cm, two chairs, and a waste basket bin are included. Cleaning service The daily cleaning on the stand surface is included the stand modular package. Additional fittings To increase the attraction of your stand, we offer you the possibility to add numerous additional fittings such as modular accessories, AV, digital printing, display, furniture, available on request. Panels can be colored (standard or wide range of tape) or printed according to the graphic files provided by you. The frame remains white. Important information Panel, decoration and fascia boards are property of Mathys SA and must not be altered. Damages will be invoiced. The recommended fixing systems are double-sided velcro pads or S shape hook + chain. The use of double-sided tape is strongly discouraged.

4 FASC EXHIBITOR S INFORMATION FOR MODULAR STAND IA FASCIA NAME BOARD Each modular stand is equipped with one name board per stand. Additional name boards can be ordered according to the Accessories order form. Important: The sign includes the indicated text in black standard lettering and panel for the duration of the event. Mathys S.A. remains the owner of the sign. Company logos can be printed on name board instead of text for an additional expense according to the Accessories order form. Please stick the box if you want to order a logo on name board: All logos must be provided in an EPS, vector file format. (Preferred programs: Illustrator, InDesign) Lettering: 16cm high on 1 line and 12cm high on 2 lines (max. 16 letters by line)

10 SPECIFICATIONS FOR PRINT FILES MEDIUM & LARGE FORMAT Basic Rules: For each printing order, please provide us with a colour copy. - Files must contain one subject per page and the subject must fill the entire size of the file. - Mathys will carry out all printing division. - We accept either RVB or CMYK data, but both must not be mixed! - In vector files, the colours must be in Pantone Coated or be named and transformed in direct tones. Do not transform Pantones into CMYK. - Never use overlay in the documents. Fonts: Whenever possible, all texts should be vectorized. Otherwise, the OS X compatible fonts used to create the file must be provided. (PC fonts are not compatible and must be vectorized.) Fonts sent by or uploaded onto the FTP site must be compressed in.sit format. Image Resolution Chart Legibility distance: 1 meter, file resolution on 1/1 scale = 100 dpi Legibility distance: 2 meters, file resolution on 1/1 scale = 70 dpi Legibility distance: 5 meters, file resolution on 1/1 scale = 40 dpi Legibility distance: 10 meters, file resolution on 1/1 scale = 25 dpi QuarkXpress or Indesign CS Files When saving the document, be sure to include all elements used in creating the file (illustrations, logos, fonts,...). Using the option gather the information for the exit (in QuarkXpress) or assembly (in Indesign) will considerably reduce the risk of errors. Corel Draw or Freehand Files: Files must be vectorized and exported in.eps format, including all the pictures. Microsoft Files: NO MICROSOFT DOCUMENT (Word, Excel, Powerpoint,...) can be printed directly. Please contact us for an estimate. PDF Files: FTP Site: In order to ensure the colours and printing quality, the PDF files must be created using Acrobat Distiller and our Job Options file only. The PDF files created from any application (Illustrator, Indesign, QuarkXpress,...) or with other parameters could cause serious printing errors. In any case, we cannot be held responsible for printing defects if the PDF file has been produced from any other source. The FTP site /ftp is available for you to upload files over 5 MB. This ftp site is a Java applet. Please contact Mathys to obtain a Username and Password. The address of your contact at Mathys SA will not accept files over 5 MB. You must provide us with a press proof in.pdf or.jpg format for each file. Size of files for digital printing on shell scheme walls : File must be prepared with margins. Skilled workers can be hired for building stands, laying of carpet, unpacking of crates, setting up of graphics or any other work related to the build-up of your stand at the exhibition.
