2 This stand format offers everything that you need in order to be present at the trade fair at a very affordable price. You can personalise your stand by changing the colour of the walls, the carpet or additional elements by filling out the corresponding form. This stand format includes (for every 16 sq.m.): Surface area and stand open to aisles. Hardboard walls painted in a colour to be chosen by the exhibitor from the ones indicated below (*): Green (Pantone 377 U) Orange (Pantone 130 U) Maroon (Pantone 187 U) White Black (Pantone Black U) Grey coloured aluminium profiles. Storage room with door: 1 sq.m for stands of 16 sq.m 2 sq.m for stands of 16.5 sq.m to 32 sq.m 3 sq.m for stands of 32.5 sq.m to 48 sq.m 4 sq.m stands greater than 48 sq.m Furnishings (they are duplicated for every 16 sq.m. up to a maximum of 4 times): - 1 black round table (90 x 74 cm). DOM model - Reference ME03-4 black chairs. Barcelona model reference SI02 Does not include counters (see information about accessories on page 4) Trade fair type carpet, to be chosen from 5 colours (*): Leaf green Billiard green Sienna orange Black Burgundy (*) The printed colours are only to be used as a guideline. Choose and let us know the desired colours in the form for such purposes. In the event that the form is not received before 29th August, the walls of the stand will by default be green and the trade fair carpet will be leaf green. Services - Electrical energy: Minimum consumption of electrical energy (0.13 kw/sq.m). Electrical panel with differential circuit breaker (prepared with a power of 130 W/sq.m). A socket base 500 W for every 16sq.m (maximum 4 units). Lighting by means of tracks of halogen spotlights of 300 W, a spotlight for each 4 sq.m of stand. - Type A cleaning: initial cleaning and daily cleaning. - Rights to assembly - Standard lettering: Signage in standard lettering on a banner measuring 50x40 cm bearing the name of the exhibiting company and the stand number. Maximum 20 characters. Important note: the name that appears on the sign of the stand, as well as the promotional elements (press releases, online catalogue, visitor's guide, newsletter, etc...), will be indicated in the form for stand personalisation. In the event that nothing is indicated, the stand will appear with the details of the corporate name filled in in the participation application form. 3 Height - The maximum height will be 3 m. - The construction, decoration and light elements will not be able to project outwards more than 50 cm from the adjudicated space and at a minimum height of 2.5 m. - In order to be able to lift or hang any decorative element at a maximum height of 6 m you will need to be set back 1 m towards the interior of the whole perimeter. This possibility does not exist in the connection modules between pavilions in which the maximum construction height of any element should be 4 m. - Blind perimeter walls in the space: the blind perimeter walls will be able to be made one metre from the inside of the stand and will not be able to be bigger than 50% of each façade off the aisle. In order to make walls that are longer, they should be setback a minimum of 3 metres towards the inside of the stand and will not be able to exceed 80% of the length of the façade. Interior design - Exhibitors wishing to include interior design with the assembly of panels, profiles, totems, wooden flooring, trusses, etc., should present a project for its approval to the technical secretary of IFEMA before Monday 29th August: Fax (34) stecnica@ifema.es OBSERVATIONS TO TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION All of the services or amendments that you wish to introduce besides these characteristics will be the sole responsibility of the exhibitor and will be charged to them. The distribution of all of the elements that form the stand, the extras that are requested, as well as the structural elements that are needed to support the stand, will be aimed at being adapted to the exhibitor's needs, provided that it is technically feasible and the design is received with the necessary indications fifteen days before the first day on which assembly is to begin. Once the stand has been assembled, charges will be applied to all of the changes of location that have not been duly notified by the established date. The removal or replacement, on behalf of the exhibitor, of any element forming part of the modular stand does not involve a reduction in cost. All of the material used, both structural and electrical, shall be rented and thus any damage to them shall be charged in line with current rates. Furthermore, any exhibitor can hire elements that appear in the IFEMA Services Catalogue that are available in the exhibitor area. 2
