9 News 2018 In 2018, MetalMadrid will once again be the annual innovation event in Spain. A new edition in which the areas of COMPOSITE SPAIN and ROBOMATIC will be strengthened, with a greater exhibition offer and equipping them with their own conference rooms. More networking areas and activities to get the most out of. In addition, along with the key stands, exhibitors will have MARKETING TOOLS that will allow them to connect digitally with visitors. 10 Exhibitor information How to exhibit at MetalMadrid The space hiring must be requested by sending an application form to the Show s Management. The application form can be downloaded from our website and you can send it to metalmadrid@easyfairs.com. In order to consider your request to exhibit in the show, it is mandatory that the activity of your company is related to the industries which are showcased at MetalMadrid. In the case that the participant company will assign another company as an invoicing company, the data of both companies must appear in the application form and must be signed by both companies. Payments must be done according to MetalMadrid terms. In case the invoicing company doesn t pay in the established terms, the EXHIBITOR will have to pay at the request of the Show s Management. Signing and presenting the application forms implies a strong commitment and an acceptance of the General Rules for Exhibitors (IFEMA) and any other general clauses which are established by the Show s Organization. The exhibitor s withdrawal may cause loss of amounts paid. When the withdrawal happens 30 days before the show it could be requested the payment of the total amount, even if the space could be used for another exhibitor. Information for Exhibitors. There will not be allowed access to any assembly operator or exhibitor nor any assembly or decorative work out from the assigned dates and timetables included in the contract. Occupation of the space or access to the stand will be denied to any exhibitor owing some amount regarding the hired space or the rented services. The exhibitor must attend and stay within his stand during the show s opening times. Unfulfilment of this rule may imply the right to book in advance the space. The exhibitors can access their stands from 8:30, and can leave from the show s closing time (18:30) to 19:00 hours. There will be forbidden any noisy demonstrations that may cause disturbance to other exhibitors, with a noise level limitation of 60 decibels. The exhibitor allows Easyfairs to include totally or partially the exhibited products for promotional material. 11
