Taking in to consideration the aesthetics of botanical diagrams, the modernist approach to pattern abstraction of the mid-century period, as well as the woven language within Kate s previous design collection threads, these prints bring together Kate s interest in nature, with her design work exploring pattern rhythms and compositions to form a gentle graphic look at meadows, fields and heaths.
