With St. Patricks Day coming up next Month this Month we re going to create an Irish Girl together... hope you ll enjoy it - let s jump right in... About: I m Andrea Gomoll from Berlin / Germany, where I live with my Fiancé Thomas and 2 crazy cats. I m a fulltime mixed media artist & wedding photographer. 3 heavyweight Watercolor-Paper (in your Artjournal or loose sheets) Watercolors of your Choice (I use Winsor & Newton Professional Watercolors) Watercolor Markers (for example ZIG Clean Color Real Brush Pens) Brush(es) of your Choice (I use Pentel Aqua Brush) white Sharpie Paintmarker (waterbased) black waterproof Pen for Linework (I use Uniball Eye (Vision) Rollerball Pen) black waterproof Inkpad (Archival Ink or StazOn) Stamp (cross & sentiment Blessing by Recollections / Michaels) Viva Decor or Prima Marketing Gold Crackle Texture Paste a Pallette Knife Stencils with some fun Designs (by Stencilgirl, Crafters Workshop, Donna Downey, ArtFX, Prima Marketing - just to name a few) Please keep in mind that in Art it s not about the Supplies - so those are the Supplies I used to create my piece - however - you might use other Supplies from your own Stash to create a similar Piece! I m a firm believer in use what you have and make it work for you... so if you decide to work with other Brands - go for it - lots of Art Supplies can be replaced by other, similar Supplies & Medias... make it your own!

6 1) Sketch with Pencil 6) first Base Layer of Green to Clothes, Balloon & Clovers with ZIG Mid Green 2) first Base of Skin with ZIG Clean Color Real Brush Pen Blush 7) first light Layer of W&N Perylene Maroon for the Hair (very watery Mix for 1st Layer) 3) Shading with ZIG Clean Color Real Brush Pen Mid Green 8) W&N Mid Green & Olive Green for additional Depth in the Greeny 4) Shading with ZIG Clean Color Real Brush Pen Light Violet 9) second Layer of W&N Perylene Maroon for the Hair 5) Lip Color with ZIG Clean Color Real Brush Pen Carmine Red and W&N Watercolor Perylene Maroon 10) third Layer of W&N Perylene Maroon for the Hair

7 11) add same green Mix for the Eyes 16) black, loose Outlining 12) add colors to the Rainbow & slightly blend 17) add Zentangles / Doodles to the Rainbow 13) add additional Layer of darker Green for even more depth in the Clothes 18) Highlights / Catchlights with white Sharpie Paintmarker 14) Faber Castell Gelato (Metallic Melon) for Cheeks 19) stamp Sentiments with black Ink 15) black for Pupils, dark Sepia for additional Depth in the Shadow-Areas 20) add Texture with a Stencil and gold Texture Paste
