Stick it to the back of a velvet piece and allow to dry. Trim the material with a 2cm edge. Snip little triangles into it to create tabs. Fold and glue at the back. 2 Put the cylinder on its side on to velvet, 26cm x 54cm. Tape one of the short ends of the velvet to the tube. Coat the shape with glue and roll so it faces to the material. Stick the ends neatly where they join. Tuck the excess velvet over the ends of the cylinder and adhere it to the inside.
