1 SECTION 10 NEEDLEWORK Stewards: Mrs Merle Teahan Mrs I Mather, Mrs C Petersen CONDITIONS: Entries close at 5p.m. Wednesday 4 th July Judging commences Thursday morning. Stewards will be available from 8:30a.m. Wednesday for delivery of exhibits, and also from 3:30p.m. 4:30p.m. Sunday for collection of exhibits. After this time, exhibits may be collected from the office during office hours. All work must be bona-fide work of the exhibitor, in a clean but not starched or washed condition and must have been completed within the last 18 months and must not have won a prize in any previous Malanda Show. The Show Society will take all care but no responsibility of any kind. Exhibitors must enter as per schedule. Items for sale must be clearly priced. Show Society commission on sales is 10%. Stewards will be available from 8:30a.m. Wednesday for delivery of exhibits and from 3:30p.m. Sunday for collection of exhibits. All articles submitted are to be the bona-fide work of the exhibitor. All articles submitted for entry are to have a name stitched onto the back which is to be covered for the time of the show. All quilts and hangings are to have a 3-inch sleeve attached to the top/back of the article. There is to be no wire or hooks on any article.
