Entries: Each Exhibit must be the work of the Exhibitor. Any article, which has been exhibited at a previous St Ives Show, is NOT eligible. Classes restricted to persons over the age of 70 years and over (Seniors) must have birth date indicated on entry form. Judges reserve the right to re-classify any item in any Class of any Section. Judges have the right to re-assign articles to another Class or Section. Each Exhibit must have been completed within twelve (12) months prior to the first day of the show. Exhibitors will be allowed two entries in each Class. All exhibits must remain on display for the duration of the show and may not be collected until after 5pm on Sunday, 17th May, Soiled work will not be accepted. Exhibits that have been washed (with the exception of Spinning, Weaving and articles framed for presentation) will be disqualified. All entries received will be judged but, because of space limitations, may not be displayed. Closing date. 5pm on Thursday, 30 th April, NO LATE ENTRIES. Delivery. All exhibits MUST be delivered to the Showground Pavilion between 10am and 6pm on Thursday 14th May, Judging commences at 9am on Friday 15 th May, Collection. Please Note - the Craft Pavilion will close at 4pm on Sunday, 17 th May, 2015, to allow for sorting of entries for collection and will re-open from 5pm 7pm. A collection slip will be issued to each exhibitor to be presented when collecting entries. Insurance. Exhibitors wishing to insure their work must make their own arrangements. Security arrangements will be made by Northern Suburbs A & H Society Inc. Every reasonable care will be taken to see no loss or damage occurs to exhibits submitted. However, no responsibility will be taken by the Society for the loss or damage of exhibits. These conditions will be enforced.
