6 AFFILIATIONS Shipshape Cleaners Limited is a member of ISSA (International Sanitary and Supply Association), Membership no: Shipshape Cleaners Limited is also the master dealer with Ceiling Professional International(CPI) in Nigeria, Kenya and Ghana.

7 EXPANSION PLANS Shipshape Cleaners is in the process of expanding its business activities from that of a company providing only cleaning services, to one that sells and markets cleaning products. In September of 2014, Shipshape signed a master dealership with Ceiling Professional International a company with their head office based in Minnesota, USA. The dealership involves Shipshape staff being trained in Minnesota on the usage of all cleaning products made by CPI. Our plan is to distribute cleaning products in Nigeria, Ghana and Kenya as well as to secure local dealers in those countries.

He is also a former Managing Director of National Insurance Corporation of Nigeria(NICON) & Chairman of Staco Insurance. He is a past President of the Insurance Institute and former Chairman of the Insurance Association of Nigeria. In recognition of his tremendous impact on the insurance industry he was bestowed the award of Member of the Order of Niger. Mrs Dudun Peterside Managing Partner Narita Leaning Centre Dudun Peterside has more than 30 years experience in the area of psychology and education. She applied this specialized knowledge in working within various educational institutions in both managerial and pedagogic capacities. She is the co-founder of Anap Ranch, a leading beef producing institution and also the Founder and an Executive Director of Life stream, a charitable organization established in Mrs Peterside is a licensed coach and master practitioner of Neuro

She has held several positions in civil engineering design and construction & project management in the oil and gas industry. She has a Bsc. in Civil Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration. She is a COREN registered engineer, a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineering as well as the Project Management Institute. She is a Past President of the Association of Professional women Engineers in Nigeria(APWEN). Folasade Onyia Folasade Onyia has over twenty five years experience within finance in several UK companies and in Nigeria. She has a BA(Hons) degree in Economics & Accounting from the University of Leeds and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. She was formerly the Chief Operating Officer and Finance Director of Oando Supply & Trading Limited, and oil trading company. She is currently an Executive Director at Shipshape Cleaners Limited.

10 OUR MANAGEMENT TEAM Folasade Onyia EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR Folasade Onyia has over twenty five years experience within finance in several UK companies and in Nigeria. She has a BA(Hons) degree in Economics & Accounting from the University of Leeds and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. She was formerly the Chief Operating Officer and Finance Director of Oando Supply & Trading Limited, an oil trading company. She is currently an Executive Director at Shipshape Cleaners Limited. Fatimah Olatunde-Oshun GENERAL MANAGER Fatimah joined Shipshape Cleaners in March 2013 as business manager. Her job involves planning and carrying out direct marketing and sales activities, so as to maintain and develop new customers, in accordance with the agreed business plans. Prior to joining Shipshape she worked at Zakhem Construction Nigeria Limited as a Civil Engineer. She has a B.Sc in Civil & Environment Engineering. She is currently the General Manager.

He has a Higher National Degree (HND) in Chemical Engineering from the Lagos State Polytechnic, Ikorodu. He is responsible for the janitorial services carried out by the company. Sesan Ogunshola FINANCIAL CONTROLLER Sesan is a qualified chartered accountant, an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He has a Higher National Degree (HND) in Accounting from The Polytechnic Ibadan. He started his career in 2006 and worked as Accountant in companies such as Dipson Nigeria Limited, RCCG (National Accountant), International Master Security Services. He also worked as an Tax Manager at Abayomi- Dosunmu & Co Chartered Accountants. He is currently the Financial Controller of Shipshape Cleaners Limited.
