He focuses primarily on construction and contract interpretation litigation and arbitration. John assists international and domestic owners, contractors and engineers with the review and drafting of construction and joint venture contracts, project specific E&O, builders' risk course of construction and liability insurance, performance, bid and labour and materials bonds and tender documents. He has also practised extensively in the areas of builders' liens and environmental health and safety issues. John is acknowledged as a leading construction law practitioner by client and peer review publications The Lexpert/American Lawyer Guide to the Leading 500 Lawyers in Canada and The Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory. He is also a fellow of the Canadian College of Construction Lawyers.
