2 Global Finance Mauritius Samade Jhummun Chief Executive Officer Samade Jhummun has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry across a number of jurisdictions and is currently Chief Executive Officer of Global Finance Mauritius, which is a coalition of financial services providers that brings together Banks, Corporate Service Providers, Accounting Firms, Law Practitioners, Institutional Investors and the Stock Exchange of Mauritius, which seeks to shape the financial services framework in Mauritius. Prior to joining Global Finance Mauritius, Samade was Managing Director of Argyll Management Services Limited which forms part of the Centurion Group. Samade has also served as Non-Executive Directors for various investment funds and companies in a range of jurisdictions including Mauritius, Cayman Islands, Ireland and Hong Kong, among others. Samade has in-depth experience in the Financial Services industry, having worked with a number of large multinationals both locally and internationally in the Channel Islands and Ireland. 3 GMG Trust Marco Rapaglia Group Managing Director & COO Marco Rapaglia joined Geneva Management Group as the Group s Chief Operating Officer in April He is responsible for operations across all of GMG s offices. Marco oversees client administration teams, drives performance improvement across the business and also serves as a fiduciary director across a number of GMG client companies. From 2003 to 2014 Marco was a Director in real estate companies focusing on the UK and Germany. He was responsible for sourcing, acquiring and managing commercial and residential properties for investment purposes. Between 1986 and 2002 Marco worked at Accenture in South Africa, Paris and Brussels. He was an International Partner, a Director of Accenture Belgium and Luxembourg Board, and the Head of the Products division in the Benelux. Marco s specialty was business improvements in retail and supply chain companies and he worked with the main boards of Woolworths, Carrefour, Adecco and Auchan. Marco holds a Bachelor of Business Science from the University of Cape Town, South Africa and he attended the Summer School of Economics (Oxford), as well as professional management and leadership schools from Accenture University in Chicago and London. 3 P a g e

4 DBO IT Consulting Feizal Jownally - Partner - IT Governance & Consulting Feizal has over 20 years of project management and delivery experience of large and complex IT Governance and IT Consulting projects across various sectors in the Indian Ocean islands and in Africa. He joined DCDM (which later became BDO) in 1990 and has worked on major projects in Mauritius, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Lesotho and Seychelles. In the IT Governance domain, Feizal has overseen various assignments including risk and control reviews of business processes, IT security and IT general controls reviews, IT policies and procedures development, business continuity planning and substantive testing using computer assisted auditing techniques. He has also overseen and participated in many IT Consulting assignments, such as IT Strategic Planning, Software Evaluation & Selection, Large Systems Implementation and Project and Programme Management. Feizal has in-depth experience in the Financial Services industry, having worked with a number of large banks, insurance companies, leasing companies and offshore trust and fund management companies in the region. 5 BDO Mauritius Afsar Ebrahim - Deputy Group Managing Partner - Audit, Corporate Finance Afsar Ebrahim is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He is the Responsible Partner for Corporate Finance. He has over 11 years of experience in the banking, insurance, sugar, telecommunications, oil & gas and hospitality industries. He has expertise in dealing with statutory audit, financial restructuration, mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, fund raising, valuations and disposals. Afsar has local knowledge in Burundi, Comoros, Kenya, Madagascar, Rwanda, Seychelles and Togo other than in Mauritius. 6 Microgen Financial Systems Doug Cooper - Head of Business Development Douglas Cooper is Head of Business Development for Microgen Financial Systems, a marketleading provider of software to the Trust, Corporate Services and Fund administration markets. Douglas has 20 years experience in the financial services and IT industry, the past 13 years of which have been focused on the international wealth management software market. After graduating from University, Douglas worked in the City of London for a major bank and played a key role in a number of IT systems projects, including the re-structuring and relocation of the bank s European back-office operations. After a number of years in banking, Douglas moved into a Business Development role within the financial services enterprise software sector and has worked within a number of markets including; Wealth Management, Fund Management, Banking, Treasury, Trade Finance, and Payments. Peter has 40 years experience in the IT industry, the last 28 years being specifically in the software sector for international wealth management service providers. Peter s experience encompasses various roles from development manager through to director level, his current position involves working with Microgen s customers in the wealth management sector to help ensure Microgen s software products meet their needs and to help explain how Microgen s software can assist with their operations.
