3 Stephen Koukoulas Managing Director, Economics Pty Ltd Stephen Koukoulas has a rare and specialised professional experience over more than 25 years as an economist in government, as Global Head of economic and market research, a Chief Economist for two major banks and as economic advisor to the Prime Minister. Stephen is currently Managing Director of Market Economics Pty Ltd, a firm he recently established in response to the growing need for independent and tailored macroeconomic analysis for business clients needing to convert economic data into financial market and policy risks. His work provides clients with unique insights into the macroeconomic policy debate. Between September 2010 and July 2011, Stephen was Senior Economic Advisor to the Prime Minister, Julia Gillard MP having moved there from a senior role in the Commonwealth Treasury. Before that, Stephen spent three years in London as the Global Head of research and strategy for TD Securities. Stephen has also spent 10 years as a Senior Economist and Chief Economist of Citibank Australia and Chief Strategist at TD Securities in Sydney. Between 1999 and 2001 he was The Australian Financial Review s Economics Analyst. Stephen is a graduate of the ANU following which he gained an unique insight into the workings of government as an economist in the Commonwealth Treasury during the late 1980s and early 1990s. In Treasury, Stephen worked in areas covering economic forecasting, monetary policy analysis, current economic conditions and the international economy. Stephen s experience is clearly very wide with his understanding of political economy, policy and financial market issues. These are important in getting insights into the economic policy and makes his analysis and services highly sought after. Gavin Gunning Senior Director, Financial Institutions Ratings, S&P Global Ratings Based in Melbourne, Gavin is Asia-Pacific banking sector lead and is a member of the Asia-Pacific financial services leadership team. Gavin is also Global and Asia-Pacific Chair of S&P s Analytical Oversight and Consistency Councils for Financial Institutions; and is Asia-Pacific representative on S&P Global Banking Industry Focus Team and Global Research Council for Financial Institutions. Before his current role, Gavin held various analytical roles within S&P s financial institutions, NBFI (non-bank financial institution), funds, insurance and corporate ratings practices; and spent one year in S&P s risk consulting group. Paul Bishop Director, Credit Analytics, S&P Global Market Intelligence Paul Bishop is a Director in S&P Global Market Intelligence s Credit Analytics team, based in Singapore. He is the Product Lead for Credit Analytics Products in APAC. Paul has experience as a product manager in the credit and counterparty risk space and was previously the Product Manager for Ratings & Credit Content in EMEA, based in London. Prior to this Paul focused on market strategy covering Investment & Commercial Banks, Private Equity and Credit Markets. Before working at S&P Global, Paul was a Private Equity analyst focusing on the infrastructure asset class.

4 Philip Lee Head of Asia-Pacific Desktop Product Operations, S&P Global Market Intelligence Philip Lee is Head of Desktop Product Operations in Asia-Pacific, based in Hong Kong. He manages a team of desktop product specialists that focus on support, pre-sales and implementation across all products and workflow solutions at S&P Global Market Intelligence. He has over 14 years of financial product expertise with a particular focus on data and analytics in M&A and capital raising. Philip joined S&P Global Market Intelligence in 2008 in New York and relocated to Hong Kong in Prior to that, he spent 4 years with Bank of America Securities, where he was an Associate in the Technology and Media M&A group. He also spent a year with AGM Partners, focusing on Media M&A advisory and private equity. Michelle Cheong Director, Market Development, Global Risk Services, S&P Global Market Intelligence Michelle Cheong works in S&P Global Market Intelligence as Director of Market Development in Global Risk Services for the Asia Pacific region. Michelle s main responsibilities include market development; strategy, and thought leadership across all client segments. She is based in Singapore and has been with S&P Global Market Intelligence since June Prior to joining S&P Global, Michelle worked as a quantitative portfolio manager and researcher in Barclays Global Investors, State Street Global Advisors, and Goldman Sachs Asset Management, where she specialized in portfolio management and risk research. Simon Mellon Senior Director Commercial Banking, S&P Global Market Intelligence Simon Mellon is responsible for the strategic development of the S&P Global Market Intelligence product offering to support the Commercial Banking community in APAC, EMEA and Latin America. Prior to his current role he developed the SNL Financial solution for Financial Institutions Credit Risk analysis. Simon has held a variety of senior roles in the banking sector. He started his career with HSBC Investment Bank before moving to Hypo Real Estate Group where he was Head of Corporate & Public Finance Credit. He later joined Bank of Ireland as Head of Bank Risk. Immediately prior to joining S&P Global Market Intelligence, Mr Mellon led internal audit teams at Royal Bank of Scotland assessing the control frameworks for counterparty credit risk, stress testing and conduct risk.

5 Kirk Wang Director, Director, S&P Global Market Intelligence Kirk is a Director of S&P Global Market Intelligence s Quantamental Research Group and Product Manager of Alpha Factor Library. His responsibilities include global quantitative equity research and investment management product development. Prior to S&P Global Market Intelligence, he was a quantitative analyst with Mesirow Advanced Strategies, a $14 billion Fund of Hedge Funds group where he was part of the hedged equity group responsible for analyzing global hedge fund strategies. Prior to Mesirow, he was a quantitative analyst with Quantitative Services Group, an independent quantitative equity research provider. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor s degree in Computer Science from the University of Science and Technology of China. David Ma Specialist, Investment Management, Asia Pacific, S&P Global Market Intelligence Based in Sydney, David s focus is to develop market footprint for the APAC IM segment, with specific contents structured for fundamental and quantamental investment managers. David has over 10 years of banking and investment management experience. He started his career with ANZ in Sydney before moving to JP Morgan, and later joined UOB Kay-Hian as institutional equities sales where he was responsible for developing and managing the Hong Kong and ASEAN institutional clients base. He later joined DTC Investment Management as Assistant Fund Manager.
