1 BRIEF PROFILE OF KEY MANAGEMENT STAFF OF GEREGU POWER PLC 1) ENGR. ADEYEMI ADENUGA- FNSE Managing Director/ Chief Executive Officer Engr. Adeyemi Adenuga was appointed the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Geregu Power Plc in January 2013 and holds the position to date. Engr. Adenuga was born in 1959 and hails from Ogun State. He joined (NEPA) in 1982 as a pupil engineer and held several positions before his appointment as Managing Director/ Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He has over thirty (30) years experience in Power Plant management in the Power sector. Engr. Adenuga graduated from the University of Lagos with a Second Class Upper Division in Mechanical engineering in 1981, and holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration. He is also a registered member of the Council for Regulation of Engineering Practice in Nigeria (COREN), Nigerian Society of Engineers and has attended several power plant management courses both local and international. Engr. Adenuga is responsible for management of the staff & materials to meet production levels, performance & financial targets for the company and is the Head of the Senior Management Team of the company responsible for corporate decisions. Engr. Adenuga is also a member of Presidential Task Force on Power (PTFP). Page 1 of 5

2 2) Engr. Ali Mambo Mohammed Principal Manager (Production) Engr. Ali joined the services of the formal PHCN in 1999.He was appointed Principal Manager (Production) on 1st July,2012.and prior to this time he has held several key positions in Geregu Power Plc. Engr. Ali graduated from the University of Maiduguri with a Second Class Upper Division in Mechanical Engineering. He is at present the Head (Production) in the company. He is directly responsible for production activities for Geregu Power Plc. Engr Ali is a registered member of COREN, NSE and Nigerian Institute of Management. He has participated in several power development programme for the power sector including the Power Purchase Agreement Implementation. Engr Ali has attended several local and international power management courses. Engr Ali is a member of the Senior Management Team responsible for corporate decision for the company. 3 3) Ganiyu Lamidi Adisa (FCA) Chief Financial Officer Mr. Ganiyu was appointed Chief Financial Officer for the company in He holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Accounting from University of Lagos with a Second Class Upper Division and a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy & Finance with Upper Credit from Yaba College of Technology, Yaba, Lagos. He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Nigeria (ICAN). He was the Financial Controller of the African Petroleum Oilfields Services Limited (Now Forte Upstream Services Limited, an 100% subsidiary of Forte Oil Plc), before his appointment as Chief Financial Officer of the company, Mr Ganiyu has worked with Resort International Limited, Stabilini Visioni Limited and Wetland Construction Limited during his Fifteen (15) years of professional experience. He had participated in various professional trainings within and outside Nigeria. He is highly proficient in financial matters and posses sound managerial and communication skills. He is adjudged to be highly competent and very resourceful. Mr Ganiyu is a member of the Senior Management Team, Geregu Power Plant saddled with corporate decision making for the company. 4 4) Akinlade J.O Principal Manager (Human Resources/Corporate Services Management) Mr. Akinlade joined the services of the company in 1985 and holds a Bachelors Degree in History, Second class lower from Ogun State University now Olabisi Onabanjo University,Ago- Iwoye. He is a member of the Institute of Personnel Management and Nigerian Institute of Management and was promoted to the position Principal Manager (HR) in July, He is directly responsible for Human Resources management activities for the company and has participated in power improvement programme under the reform process in the power sector. Mr. Akinlade has held several positions in the company before his present appointment and is highly productive. He a member of the Senior Management Team of the company saddled with the responsibility of corporate decision for the company.he has attended many local and foreign trainings relating to his job. 5 5) Popoola Taofeek Abidemi (ACA) (Business Assurance &Compliance Manager) Mr Popoola Taofeek was appointed the Business Assurance and Compliance Manager of Geregu Power Plc effective 1 st November 2014, the position he holds till this moment. As the Business and Assurance Manager, he is responsible for the identification and management of potential risks associated with the operations of the plant. Also he engages in process audit of the entire company operations to ensure compliance with standards and policies and identifying potential risks. Before his appointment to this position in 2014, he has worked in other renowned and established companies, which include but not limited to the following in various capacities: Forte Oil Plc Headquarters As Business Assurance and Compliance Officer from PKF Professional Services (Chartered Accountants)-As Audit Senior from LTC Advertising Limited (JWT International Affiliated)- As Finance Executive from Falodun Adewunmi Adesanya & Co (Chartered Accountants)- Where he rose from Audit Trainee to Experienced Audit Senior from Professionally he is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He is also a student member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He has proficiency in the use of computer. Mr Popoola T.A, graduated from the Federal Polytechnic Offa in 1998, where he obtained HND(Computer Science) with lower credit. He was in born in 1975 and hails from Oyo State. Page 5 of 5
