ASYLUM DOWN, ACCRA PROFILE Mole Projects ltd is a limited liability company registered under Companies Code of Ghana, The firm is founded by Mr. Mesuna Osman & Sumaila Mesuna the owners of Naagamni Oil Ltd. The promoters have been in the distribution and marketing of oil for the past 10 years. Mole came about as a result of their interest in the transport sector and their desire to partner with Savannah Accelerated Development Authority to set up plant and equipment pools across the Savannah Ecological Zones. This was spearheaded by one of their Sister Companies DPS Co Ltd that was set up to venture into specialty areas in strategic Investment. To fill the gap of equipment and logistical services in the area, DPS commissioned a study on the topic by the directive of its owners that resulted in the idea that gave birth to Mole Projects. Mole Projects sells, rent and lease both light and heavy vehicles/equipment across the country. Mole is also a registered roads construction firm under the Roads and Highways Ministry. VISION: To become one of the market leaders in the delivery of timely logistics and constructions services in Ghana and beyond. SISTER COMPANIES Naagamini Oil has a fleet of tankers for hauling of oil from the main depots of the country to its service stations across the country. The firm has a number service and distribution outlets across the country. In addition to the white fuel, lubricants are sold at each service station for motorist. The hauling of the wet cargo has grown significantly that the number of tankers stands at 32. Other areas covered by the firm are the distribution and services of Generators, fuel dispensers and tires. DPS Company is presently involved in telecom dealership, facility management and general supplies. DPS has an exclusive distributorship right with Airtel Ghana and has the franchise to offer sale services in Brong Ahafo and Northern Regions of Ghana. Delmes Co Ltd has specializes in facility management services across Ghana. We are currently managing the properties of SADA, both in Accra and Tamale. Other clients include Airtel, Northsac, Zincom Ghana Ltd, Frontier Business Adversory Services, Naagamni Oil etc.

4 MANAGEMENT Professionally competent and managerially skilled people are on hand to offer effective direction to the company as well as professionally implement the company s policies and projects. Mole Projects has a simple organizational structure with the C.E.O as the head of the organization. The following diagram is the organogram of Mole: Mr. Mesuna Deliman Osman as the Managing Director. He is an experienced young manager and entrepreneur, and a co founder of Naagamni oil. He has great experience in the transport, oil and the telecomm sector. He holds a BA (Hons) in Political Science and Psychology from the University of Ghana, Legon and has MBA (Masters in International Business) from Birmingham City University, UK. Mr. Issifu Abubakar Ismael is the General Manager He has a BA in Population and Family Health from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana and Masters in Business Administration from KNUST,Ghana. He has been working with the group for the past five years

5 Alfred Dugah is in charge of our finance department He has over eight years industry experience. A graduate from the University of Ghana Business School and a member of Charted Institute of Accountants (Ghana). He has been working with us for the past six years. Anthony Dawson is a mechanical engineer and currently the Technical Director overseeing the establishment of the equipment pools. He has over ten year industry experience.
