As unique as a Signature, Sahihi s has over 100 projects in it s 7 th year of experience. 60% being FDIs coming to set base in Kenya or expand. We have projects outside Kenya in vast industries from Banking, IT, Manufacturing, Tobacco, Cargo, Logistics, Retail, Health, Insurance, Legal, Airlines, NGOs, Media, Entertainment, Malls etc. Several repeat clients endorse confidence and dependability on Sahihi Brand. 2 Experience & Expertise Njihia Njoroge Managing Partner A member of the prestigious Inspired Individuals Initiative, (T3i), a program under Tearfund, Njihia is a units-completed MBA Strategic Management from the University of Nairobi and a Bachelor of Agri-Business Management Degree from Egerton University. He has worked across industries with leading organizations, IT Software Technologies Limited, FMCG East African Breweries Limited and Banking K-Rep Bank Limited. Over the last 3 years, he has worked as the lead business head and attained valuable experience in infrastructure lay downs. Njihia is in charge of marketing and business development and ensures value to Sahihi s clients and detailed implementation on every projects. Sheila Owano Director, Soft Furnishings Sheila is a graduate in B.A. Housing & Interior Design from Maseno University. She has been working with Nishit and Co Ltd. since 2007 as a soft furnishings designers & consultant specializing in fabric coordination and specification for end users. She has a vast knowledge in fabric Henry Waireri Director, Design & Execution Having worked for 3 years with Design 40 and graduating from Buruburu Institute of Fine Arts (BIFA), Henry joined Sahihi Ltd as the Projects Director. His knowledge in Technical Design guarantees a smooth flow of activity from the studio to the site after taking brief from the clients and assisting in preparation of bills of quantities. He heads the teams that brainstorm on projects design and differentiations. He gives the required consultation in matters relating to civil structures and the eventual implementation of the finishing requirements. He is also in charge of material specification, an important area in the building industry. He is currently pursuing a new line where Sahihi will be involved in importation of interior design hardware products from Europe, Asia and South Africa. He is in charge of Design and project documentation. Henry has a young creative mind that questions NORMAL and has details as his priority. One more thing, He is a Fine Artist. Mark Marlborough Felix Wekesa Director, Building & Quantity Surveyor Felix Wekesa is a graduate from the University of Nairobi in Building Economics. He is a registered Quantity Surveyor with the Board of Registration of Architects and Quantity Surveyors of Kenya and a Corporate Member of the Institute of Quantity Surveyors of Kenya. He has more than 6 years practical and hands-on experience in construction industry handling projects of varying magnitudes all with different successes. He has competency in feasibility studies, preliminary cost estimating and analysis, budget cost estimating & cost benefit analysis, comparative costing; budgetary & cost planning & control / scheduling & cost check reviews, tendering, negotiations, contract administration, cash-flow preparations, valuation & payments, cost control, financial appraisals, contract dispute resolution mechanisms & arbitration, evaluating & assessment of variations, preparation of final accounts, regular cost checks, preparation of work programs & schedules, life cycle costing and advising on contractual implications of project management decisions Eunice Gichuki Director, Finance and Administration Eunice is charged to oversee the company s financial management, HR and Administration. Her background ensures that all staff bubbles with energy through redefining Human Resource Management to End of Management to Organization Democracy. She has worked as an administrator for over 10 years and as a marketer with AAR. She has experience with the big corporations and events management and comes in handy in aligning Sahihi for acquisition, growth and maintenance. She is a B.com graduate from JKUAT and a Leadership Diploma from Strathmore College. Graphics, 3D & Artistic Impressions After graduating from Somerset College in 2004 with freelance and placement experience from The Chase, Manchester and Future Brand - London, Mark started his design career in Vancouver working for Smart Design as a key part of the design team for over 2 years. He returned to UK in 2006 and went back to his packaging roots. He was offered an opportunity with Design Bridge and expressed his creative flare with clients such as Tuborg and achieved his first design release in the shape of Tuborg Black. His travelling bug got better in November 2007 and set his eyes on Dubai. With The Brand Union, he achieved his greatest success, global recognition for Faces of the moon Ramadan More followed, he won the Rock me Leonardo Guitar Hero competition for packaging and controller design. He is a creative thinker who understands creative processes for the best possible solution. He also worked with Ogilvy and Mather Ltd. prior to joining Sahihi as the graphics consultant designer. He is a Computer Aided 3D Design models wizard and handles all graphical presentations and artistic impressions that help clients to perceive what they intend to buy before hand.
