CLAD Chairman, Ghana Rev Emil E. Clad is the lead consultant for Divine International Group Ltd, the local representatives. He has been in leadership service for 18 years as a speaker in conferences and author of three books. With his experience in personnel management, he currently serves as board member of some business organizations. ROLAND K.B. BRUCE Executive Director, CMO & BDU Roland Bruce is a graduate of KNUST, BA Publishing Studies. He s worked with Buck Press Ltd and now works as a director of Millennium Excellence Foundation. He was the Corporate Affairs Director of Millennium Excellence Foundation (2014) and now, the CEO and shareholder of MEF Publications, a limited liability company. He is also the Marketing, Branding and Media Director of Millennium Marathon Sports Int. He owns and is the Chairman of Rolcreatif Productions Group which does events and publications (magazines) and a creative and branding consultant to some companies in Ghana. He serves as an advisor and consultant to 1Billion Africa Foundation. He is a Non-Executive Director of BizMedia and is a special business advisor and consultant. REV. IGNATIUS AGYEMANG Executive Director Rev. Ignatius Agyeman worked with peoples tax and mortgages in Virginia he was the lead consultant in the company for 14years, he is a printed circuit board engineer by profession and has worked with the physically challenged and has also served divine international consultant.

LOUIS KWEKU YAMOAH Financials & Projects Coordinator Louis Yamoah is a Financial Analyst and a Turn-Around Expert, with over 18years in the financial and business environment. He is the CEO of St Louis Transport and Logistics, the Managing Director of St Louis Petroleum Ltd. He is also the Managing Partner for Lanat Consultancy Group based in Accra. ELVIS GOTA Geologist & Mineral Exploration Independent Contractor Mr. Elvis Gota has over 20years of professional experience in Geological Engineering (BSc & MSc) both in Ghana and the Netherlands. With his experience in Petroleum Exploration, he has worked for the GNPC. He is also a consultant in Mineral Exploration. DORIS OHEMENG Company Secretary Mrs. Doris Ohemeng holds a Diploma in Aviation Services as Cabin Crew Manager. She has also worked as a Customer Relations Personnel at International Travel and Tours Services Limited and served as a Secretary for Ghana Waves Radio and Newsroom Network. She is currently studying Management in Business Administration at Knutsford University College. He holds a JD, BA in Interdisciplanary Studies, is a member of the American Bar Association, multiple State Bar Associations and is admitted to practice in the US Supreme Court ANDREW MAGBONDI Logistics, Global Andrew Magbondi has been in the business field for more than 8years. He helps develop, implement and provide support for our ongoing project financing model. Andrew works with logistic team to structure the whole portfolio of investment and monitor the performance of the model as pertaining to each project. KATE STANLEY International Relations, Global Kate joins the team with a lot of experience in project management and project financing. She has over 14 years experience in marketing and public relations. The Strategic Alliance has facilitated, reviewed and negotiated a $20 million investment between our client and MGM Mirage with extensions. 6. Successfully facilitated and drafted a multimillion construction contract between our client and Ryan Homes USA. 7. Reviewed and facilitated several multimillion contracts for clients with American Express, MBNA Card Services, to name a few. 8. Facilitation of the Mzima II Water Pipeline Project worth $411 million of which P&T signed the PPA in Nov 20, Divine International is facilitating the Tri- Country Investment & Development, The Gated Wonderland City, Naivasha, County Kenya Project cost is $310million ongoing, currenting processing BG for money to be disbursed.
