What a year 2015 has been for the Mthree Alumni programme. We have been and continue to be extremely active in the market and have engaged a number of our partners regarding the Alumni Programme.

MOVING TO NEW YORK NEW YORK LONDON MATTHEW FOTHERINGHAM Mthree Consulting New York Office 14 Wall Street, 20th Floor New York City, New York With the programme growing exponentially in the UK, we have been expanding into the global market and are setting up the Alumni Programme offering for our clients in U.S.A., based out of our Wall Street office in New York. Our London based Head of Alumni Delivery Matthew Fotheringham, will be making the move across the pond to become Head of Alumni US and spearhead the implementation of the UK model. Our London Office has brought on a new Delivery Consultant Maja Zuza, who will be taking on many of Matthew s responsibilities come February Maja has travelled over from Sweden to join our team after completing her degree in Business Administration and Economics and has come highly regarded from her time at Bloomberg. We are extremely pleased to confirm that we have secured the following training courses for both technical and non-technical associates. These courses have been made available to all line managers in order to identify associates who would benefit most from these courses. As you progress, I m confident that more opportunities relevant to your respective roles will become available. As always, we re committed to ensuring you receive the highest quality, relevant training in order to enhance your skill-set.

Current courses our Alumni are enrolled on are: ITIL Service Management Introduction to Unix Introduction to Oracle & PL/SQL CFA Essential.NET 4.

Combining this with the online technical library of Pluralsight, we feel our associates are in the best position possible to maximise their learning.

A quick recap of the events thus far; we all went to Newmarket Racecourse in July for a fun filled evening at the races with a brilliant food and drink spread, finished with some big wins.

2 Current courses our Alumni are enrolled on are: ITIL Service Management Introduction to Unix Introduction to Oracle & PL/SQL CFA Essential.NET 4.5 FIX Protocol We are also delighted to confirm that we will be working with our associates managers in order to define pathways for Fitch Learning as an added and continuous resource. Combining this with the online technical library of Pluralsight, we feel our associates are in the best position possible to maximise their learning. EVENTS The Mthree Alumni programme and our #Alumnilife initiative has enjoyed a strong six months of events, which won t be slowing down in A quick recap of the events thus far; we all went to Newmarket Racecourse in July for a fun filled evening at the races with a brilliant food and drink spread, finished with some big wins. In August we kicked off the bank holiday weekend at the Crown and Shuttle in Shoreditch to ensure our associates were ready for what is a notoriously fun weekend. In September we had our first business breakfast event, an early start but some valuable talks on training and social media, washed down with a sizeable breakfast to set everyone up for the day. In September we also took a team of sixteen down to the Run the River 10km race, in order to raise money for our charities of the year Macmillan Cancer Support and the Alzheimer s Society. Needless to say there were some very sore legs the morning after.

In October, we headed to the All Star Bowling in Brick Lane for an evening on the alley to decide who the top baller is. After the success of our first breakfast meeting we decided to put another one on. In November, we be headed back to Piccolino s for a financial markets talk by ex RBS trader and current Head of Risk, Regulatory and Compliance Services at Mthree Consulting - Anthony Ginn. Finally The Christmas Party. This year, the Mthree Alumni Christmas party will be held at the spectacular Tower of London on Thursday 10th December. This will be held in the grounds of the Tower, where our associates will be treated to an award winning three course meal, live entertainment/dj and unlimited beer/wine and soft drinks. This is set to be an incredible event and we look forward to seeing everyone enjoying the festive season.

4 CAREERS FAIRS The Mthree Alumni team have been busy in the first term of university attending careers fairs across the South East. Already having great success at the Kings College London careers fair, the Alumni team jumped on the road towards to the University of Southampton, Warwick University and University College London in order to talk to students who are looking to make a step into financial services. Along with this, we also took Anthony Ginn down to Southampton for a discussion on Financial Markets and the opportunities open to technology graduates.

We would also like to thank all of those who took part and sponsored the Run the River 10km. We managed to raise more than 1,500, which is a fantastic effort for all involved. A special mention goes to James Pratt, who raised 165, which the largest amount was achieved out of the Mthree Associates. Congratulations and thanks to everyone who ran and raised money for our two fantastic charities, Macmillan Cancer Trust and the Alzheimer s Society.
