2 THE GUYS IN CHARGE Since our inception in 2012, we have expanded our client reach from not only the UK but South Africa & Australia too. In 2014 alone we taught over 200 people how to build their wealth either through earning a second income from trading or learning how to be a trader full time through our various programmes. Samuel Leach started getting recognised in the world of trading with his high performing and consistent gains back in Since then he developed multiple algorithms and to this day the fund trades using one of those algorithms known as Maverick. Samuel is the guy to go to with any questions around strategies or market positions. Adrian Leach has over 30 year experience in alternative therapies which has led him to qualifications in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy with a strong interest in NLP, AK, Yuen method & Qigong. Adrian is the go to guy if you have any queries or issues in regards to the emotional side of trading the financial markets. He plays a crucial part in the company making sure all the traders mindset is performing at the highest capacity for peak performance Matthew Wright is a TOGAF 9 certified architect with over 13 years of experience within the banking and Information technology field in the UK, South Africa and Australia. Matthew works on the steering of the company and the project management of the growth of Samuel & Co Trading. Matthew is the go to go for any technological questions or company expansion plans.

3 THE STORY OF SAMUEL & CO TRADING The adventure of Samuel & Co Trading started back in 2011 with just Samuel and Matthew when they decided to take their trading to the next level. After forming a consistent profitable strategy of 12-16% monthly Samuel gained large interest from surrounding traders and the public. Matthew was the brains of the bunch and is a TOGAF 9 certified architect with over 13 years of experience within the banking and information technology field in the UK, South Africa and Australia. Whilst Samuel had the strategies and the market knowledge from developing strategies and algorithms for the sheer fun of it. Samuel has a strong background in technical trading and was awarded from Flare Ignite for Technical Excellence and won the Deans Award for Entrepreneurship. Samuel was completing his final year at University, working for a private bank in London and running Samuel & Co Trading. With this crazy work ethic these two paired up to form what it is today a highly recognised, high performing stock and forex fund. Samuel & Co Trading are now looking for individuals to join this diverse hard working group of traders to grow the proprietary fund. Individuals joining Samuel & Co Trading should all have the one trait that sets us apart from other traders. 4 OUR TRADERS ARE GLOBAL Samuel & Co Traders can trade anywhere around the globe. Our ethos at Samuel & Co Trading is that we want our traders to have fun and enjoy not only trading but working with the team. Therefore we allow our traders to work remotely, and this enables our traders to either work from home or anywhere for that matter as long as there is a secure Internet connection. 1 UK Trading Team In 2016 there will be a trade floor opening within London too which will enable traders to either have their own trade desk or a location to hotspot in and trade when they choose. Samuel wants his traders to have flexibility on hours trading and on the location as he feels this produces not only the best peak performance but also a high satisfaction level. 5 Name: Tom Warrell OUR TEAM Job Title: Junior Trader & Head Hunter Tom Joined Samuel & Co Trading in 2014 via our programme whilst studying at university, he showed great drive and performance. He now plays an important role within the company trading the markets and signalling trade alerts. He also scouts for new up and coming talent within the financial markets. Name: Enoch Showunmi Job Title: Junior Trader & Business Development Manager Enoch played professional football for Luton, Notts County & Leeds United. He Joined us via our Junior Trader Programme in Feb He got invested in, and is currently trading the prop fund from Miami and doing business development management for Samuel and Co Trading whilst playing football in Miami. Name: Daniel Mathurine Job Title: Junior Trader Daniel s background stems from the casino industry and he wanted a career change. He sat our April 2015 Junior Programme and failed the assessment week but later got invested in within the following month. He actively trades the FX market on the prop fund from London and supports our trader chat room Name: Justin Saglam Job Title: Trader & Head Hunter Justin has a degree in law and was introduced to trading financial markets by Samuel whilst working in the renewable energy industry. A strong passion for learning & progression, coupled with an intricate work ethic is a perfect fit within Samuel & Co Trading. Name: Raj Singh Job Title: Trader & Head Hunter Raj owned a hardware store and a children's care home company. Also has his own locksmith business. With a strong background in entrepreneurship and business he makes a perfect head hunter at Samuel & Co Trading. Name: Michael Ioannou Job Title: Junior Trader & Head Hunter Michael began his career in the financial markets with Samuel & Co, building on and refining skills which he had begun to develop himself over the years alongside his previous medical research and teaching career. He passed his Junior Trader Programme and also his SCTA in August Name: Badr Al-shanti Job Title: Junior Trader Badr Graduated from Kingston University with a economics degree and joined the Junior Trader Programme, he later made a staggering 600% on live funds and now trades Samuel & Co Trading Capital and is SCTA approved.

HONESTY IS VALUABLE We are looking for trustworthy individuals, honesty goes a long way in an interview. TRY TO MAKE SURE YOUR PUNCTUAL! Prepare your journey, and arrive 15 minutes early. If you have been delayed inform us as soon as possible. FAIL TO PREPARE, PREPARE TO FAIL IS 100% TRUE! When preparing for the interview one of the most vital parts is ensuring you know your travel plan. Look up the travel route you will be taking to get to the interview, and makes sure you allow time for error or traffic delays. When coming make sure you have brought a paper copy of your CV and you are 15 minutes early. This will give you plenty of time to fill out the pre-interview questions.
