1 Toni Coleman Brown Author, Business Coach, Motivational Speaker and Founder of the Network for Women in Business Dear Friend, My mother used to say that I was kind to a fault. Essentially what she meant was that I let people run over me. When I was in my teens and twenties that may have been the case, but by the time I turned 30 I d found my voice and once I hit my 40 s my voice turned into a ROAR. I ve always been passionate about helping women achieve their goals. And I got my first chance at doing that by working a home-based business. After achieving a lot of success in that industry, I decided to fulfill a long-time dream of helping woman business owners world-wide by launching the Network for Women in Business, an affordable online resource for women in business to get training, connect with other professionals and advance their business. The Network quickly took off; gaining within a year over 2,000 members and over 15,000 Facebook Fans. Professionally I've handled multi-million dollar capital and operating budgets for major organizations. I've written several books and ebooks. Plus I've trained and coached thousands of men and women. But even with all of that my greatest joy has been being a mother to my two daughters. I was completely blown away by it. It allows a new business to market to a large audience without spending a fortune. Alexandra Chou (owner of Infin8 LLC) I have been part of the Toni Coleman Brown Business Network for a number of years. I have become a very successful Executive Manager and Entrepreneur as a direct result of Toni s coaching and training. Toni pointed out ways that would increase my sales, earnings and team retention in creative ways. She was always there to assist and answer any questions when I needed her to help with my business decisions. I would like to say she is a phenomenal coach, trainer, speaker, and author. Barbara Page, President of the National Council of Negro Women (NJ Chapter) I told Toni Coleman Brown she was my hero at the Harlem Small Business Summit 2. This was the third time I had heard her speak. I had first met her at a Meetup event entitled How to Build Your Brand on a Shoestring Budget Using Social Media. Since the meeting was free of charge, I went. I had become jaded about social media experts after spending a lot of money attending seminars where I was no wiser than I was before. I m not a big fan social media. Yet I know I need it to reach potential customers. So I listened carefully to Ms. Coleman Brown s presentation. I was doubtful because I had heard some of it before, but I went home and tried some of her suggestions. To say I was surprised when things worked is an understatement! In the past six weeks, my Facebook fans has increased from 176 to over 3,500 fans and growing. Thus, I was excited to attend Ms. Coleman Brown s Small Business Boot Camp for Women. At both meetings, I had heard a lot about getting the s of your social media fans. So I placed a join my mailing list button on my website and Facebook page. A month ago, I had zero s from my Facebook and Twitter fans. Three weeks later, I now have 75 s and growing. And I am getting inquiries about my greeting cards. 8 Biography Official Bio: Toni Coleman Brown began her professional career as a Financial Analyst with the Port Authority of NY & NJ's Management and Budget Department where she was responsible for a multi-billion dollar operating and capital budget for some of NYC's most popular facilities like the GWB, Holland and Lincoln Tunnels, and The Bus Terminal. Before exiting Corporate America in March 2005, she was as a Director of Marketing for Black Expressions Book Club, in which she served as one of the original founders of the club and contributing to the growth of the club to over $25 million in sales. Toni started her first Network Marketing business in the early '90's and fell in love with the industry. After working with a number of different companies she found her true passion in August 2002 with Warm Spirit. In 3 short years, she reached the top position in the company and grew a very large business unit, which resulted in earning a full-time income. In 2005, she made a Quantum Leap in her business and more than tripled her income. Since that initial success she's gone on to reach top positions in several other network marketing companies including Soul Purpose Lifestyle Company. Toni continues to train thousands of reps in the industry sharing selflessly and tirelessly her expertise in the field. In the Spring of 2006 Toni founded Quantum Leap Productions LLC.With the Motto:"Going to Another Level", with a desire to help others reach their personal and business goals. She published her first non-fiction book called Quantum Leap: How to Make a Quantum Leap in Your Network Marketing Business, in 2006 and went on to publish several other books, e-books and CDs. In January of 2012, she launched the Network for Women in Business, which is an affordable online resource for women in business to get training, connect with other professionals and advance their business.
