Thousands of visitors gathered at the ExCel London to meet Pakistani property builders, developers, marketing companies, solicitors, investment advisors, government officials and representatives of association of builders and developers. In addition to benefiting from face to face interactions with 30 exhibitors, the visitors also took benefit of the opportunity in clearing many misconceptions surrounding property investment in Pakistan. Moreover, this show also provided a golden opportunity for real estate developers and agencies from Pakistan to explore the British Market where more than 1.3 million Pakistanis are settled and living. Most of these Non Resident Pakistanis are always interested to invest in their homeland. Pakistanis are the second largest group of Ethnic minority in Britain with over 1.17 Million NRPs residing in the UK. NRPs are usually affluent with median net income of 97,000 they are third among Ethnic groups in the UK. Pakistani communities in London and the south-east are more prosperous compared to other regions Approximately 45% of British Pakistanis living in both inner and outer London were middle class. NRPs are usually more inclined towards investing in second homes or holiday homes in Pakistan, sometimes in their villages as well as Metro cities. 2 3

9 Event We brought all those investment opportunities to their door step by bringing the builders, developers and marketing companies to sell their properties to NRP s living in the UK showcasing properties from Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Peshawar, Rawalpindi, Multan, Bahawalpur, Gujranwala, Faisalabad, Hyderabad, Gwadar and several other cities of Pakistan. The event was covered live by Geo TV, Dunya TV, Islam Channel and Lyca radio. The feedback from the exhibitors and visitors was very encouraging. every exhibitor showed their interest in upcoming events organised by PPE London.
