He has held several positions on the Toronto Real Estate Board. Mr. Tersigni has been involved in the community with the Industrial Commercial and Investment Council, the Market Value Appraisers Association, the Ontario Real Estate Association and the Grand Lodge of Canada..Justices of the Peace Review Council Peter L. Mason Peter L. Mason, of Gormley, is the founder of Mason International Inc., one of the leading Industrial, Commercial and Investment real estate firms in Ontario. He is past President and an honorary life member of the Ontario Real Estate Association, the Toronto Real Estate Board and the Markham/Stouffville Hospital Foundation Board. Mr. Mason is a member of the North York Board of Trade, the Markham Board of Trade and President of SIOR Central Canada for MINISTRY OF CITIZENSHIP Province of Ontario Medal for Good Citizenship Advisory Council Betty Anne Millar and Chair Norman A. MacDonald. Alvin H. Fagan Betty Anne Millar, of Burlington, is retired. From 1975 to 1997 she was General Manager of the Burlington Mall. Ms Millar is a member of the Performing Arts Burlington Advisory Committee and a Director of the Board of Breast Cancer Support Services Inc. MacDonald, Nepean, is a senior account representative with GE Capital Technology Management Services. He is Chairman of the Nepean Environment Committee, Co-Chairman of the Confederation School Council and a Director, Education with the Barrhaven Community Association. Mr. MacDonald served as a member of the Council from 1996 to Alvin H. Fagan, of Niagara Falls, is a retired Customs Officer. He was a member of the National Board of Directors of the Customs and Excise Union and was President of his local union. Mr. Fagan is a member of the Royal Canadian Legion and a member of the Royal Canadian Naval Association - Niagara. Mr. MacDonald served as a member of the Council from 1996 to MINISTRY OF CONSUMER AND BUSINESS SERVICES Alcohol and Gamine Commission of Ontario Board of Directors Jo-Anne N. Best Jo-Anne N. Best, of Lansdowne, has been a co-owner and C.F.O. of a general contracting firm for twenty-six years. She is a member of the Board of Parole and has served as a member of the South Leeds Planning Board and as Manager of the 1000 Islands Chamber of Commerce. Ms Best has also served as a Councillor for the Leeds Grenville County Council. MINISTRY OF THE SOLICITOR GENERAL Ontario Civilian Commission on Police Services Orlando Zamprogna Orlando Zamprogna, of London, is Special Projects Coordinator at the University of Western Ontario. He is a former Vice-President at the Victoria Hospital Corporation. Mr. Zamprogna is a former Councillor, Controller and Deputy Mayor on London City Council and served on the London Police Services Commission for nine years. Page 2 of 7

4 MINISTRY OF HEAL TH AND LONG TERM CARE Council of the Colleee of Pharmacists Vladimir Demine Vladimir Demine, of Toronto, is a self-employed consultant providing independent paralegal service in the areas of family law, immigration, criminal and quasi-criminal provincjal court matters as well as providing professional assistance to Ontario lawyers. Mr. Demine is a graduate of the Law School of Moscow State University (USSR) and obtained his Diploma of Court Agent/Legal Assistant from the Canadian School of Private Investigation and Security (Toronto). He has worked in the Soviet Union as a Corporate Lawyer providing legal advice to businesses and the Ukrainian Embassy in Moscow. Durham, Haliburton, Kawartha and Pine Ridee District Health Council Ruth LaMantia Sonia Peczeniuk Ruth LaMantia, of Lindsay, is a Registered Nurse. She is a founding member of the Ethics Consultation Service at Ross Memorial Hospital where she was also employed in Surgical General Duty and Charge Nursing and Post-Anaesthetic Recovery and Intensive Care Nursing. Ms. LaMantia is the co-founder, past fund-raiser and coordinator of Meals on Wheels and a past member of the Board of Directors of Kawartha Youth Inc., a not for profit organization dedicated to providing a home base and summer camp for less-advantaged children. Sonia Peczeniuk, of Ajax, is a Certified Health Executive. She has held a number of progressively responsible positions in nursing service administration culminating in the positions of Chief of Professional Practice (Rouge Valley Health System) and Vice-President of Patient Care Services at Ajax and Pickering Health Centre. Ms. Peczeniuk has been involved in the community with the Manitoulin and Sudbury District Health Council Community Health Advisory Committee, the Laurentian University School of Nursing, the Canadian School of Management (Master of Health Administration Program) and the Ontario Nurses Executive Association. Robinson Gord Adams, of Bracebridge, was elected Chair of the Council of The District Municipality of Muskoka in 1994 and is currently serving his third term. He was elected Mayor of Gravenhurst in 1988 serving two terms ending in Mr. Adams was first elected to municipal council in Gravenhurst in 1982 and served as town councillor through two terms to Charles Robinson, of Magnetawan, is a Certified Health Care Executive. He was the Executive Director of Meaford General Hospital from 1990 until his retirement in Mr. Robinson was the Executive Director of both Anson General Hospital (Iroquois Falls) and Smooth Rock Falls Hospital and was responsible for coordinating the administrative services for both hospitals. He served as Director of the Ontario Hospital Association and is currently a founding and certified member of the Canadian College of Health Service Executives. She was a member of the Durham Kinette Club and the Durham Girls' Drum and Bugle Corps. She has spearheaded a committee to look into the feasibility of creating a cultural centre for Durham. Ms. Lawrence is a member of the Saugeen Municipal Airport and served as Vice Chair in Page 4 of 7

She is a human resource consultant with Career Focus Inc. Ms. Cole is a board member candidate for Bruce Grey Children's Services and Grey Bruce Health Services. Patrina McBride, of Ayton, is the owner/operator of Muttering Muse. She is the co-vice President of South East Grey Community Outreach and a member of the Ayton Lioness Club. Ms. McBride is a columnist for the Owen Sound Community Living quarterly newsletter. Marny MacLeod, of Holstein, is involved in the Early Years demonstration project committee for Grey-Bruce. She is an Outreach Attendant for the Ontario March of Dimes. Ms. MacLeod has also worked as a non-registered nursing assistant. Kevin McMeeken, of Hanover, is a lawyer who took over responsibility of a law practice in February He was formerly employed with the Grey County Board of Education specializing in education and counseling of children with severe learning, emotional and behavioral difficulties. Mr. McMeeken has provided volunteer services to the community in a variety of manners including as a member of various fund raising and community improvement committees. He has also coached youth hockey and baseball. Kathy MacMurdo, of Owen Sound, is the Children's Services Manager for Grey County Social Services. She actively participated in the initial start-up of Health Babies Healthy Children. Ms. MacMurdo is responsible for Program Administration and Program Development within Grey County Social Services. She has also been a member of the Owen Sound & North Grey Union Public Library. Peggy Munro, of Walkerton, has a background in Early Childhood Education and has worked as a daycare teacher. She is a board member of the Walkerton and District Community Support Services and has work experience with the "Extend-a-Family" Program. Mark Rogan, of Hanover, is an agent with State Farm Insurance in Hanover. He is a member of the Canadian Association of Independent Financial Advisors. Mr. Rogan is involved in a variety of community service projects including the Hanover and District Hospital Diagnostic Imaging Unit Fundraiser, the Walkerton E-coli Relief Fund, Hanover Trail Fundraising, Hanover Clock Tower Fund, Salvation Army Food Bank, and the Hanover Public and Secondary School Breakfast Programs. Donna Tedford, of Hanover, is the Executive Director of the Bruce County Family Network in Walkerton. She was employed as a Supervisor at Amabel Sauble Child Care Centre and is a graduate of Early Childhood Education. Page 5 of 7

Ms. Cunningham has worked as a nurse in Canada and England. Currently, she is working in obstetrics with St. Joseph's Health Care. The Early Years Steerine Committee of the Middlesex-London Health Unit Jan Lubell Nominated as Chair John Ashby Sharon Buccione Ian Gibb Mary Lynn Hamzo Karen Lowry Dr. Graham Reid Rosamund Stooke Scott Webster Bonnie Wooten Jan Lubell, of London, is the Project Director of "Investing in Children" and Coordinator of the London Early Years Demonstration Project. She is also the Project Director of "Kids Count" - a program set up to support children 's health and learning. Previously, Ms. Lubell served as the Executive Director at Merrymount Children' s Centre in London. John Ashby, of London, is a Chartered Accountant. He is currently the General Manager of RoweCom Canada, responsible for the Canadian subsidiary's operations and financial results. Mr. Ashby is a coach of minor hockey and baseball and a charter member of Hyde Park Rotary Club. Sharon Buccione, of Komoka, is the Co-chair of the steering committee for "Investing in Children", the demonstration project for Middlesex - London. She is Manager of Sales and Customer Service, Early Childhood Consultant for Scholar's Choice Moyer. Ms. Buccione is also a member of the steering committee for "Kids Count". Page 6 of 7

Formerly, Mr. Gibb was President, Co-owner and Executive Director of ABC Child Care Centres. He has also served as Director of Weldon Park Academy and Forest Edge Community Club. Mary Lynn Hamzo, of London, has 30 years of experience teaching in both elementary and secondary school panels and 10 years of experience teaching Part I and II, Special Education, at the University of Western Ontario. Ms. Hamzo is a board member of the Canadian Breast Cancer Society and also coordinated the CEC (Council for Exceptional Children) Provincial Conference in London, Karen Lowry, of London, is Program Manager of Early Childhood Services at Thames Valley Children's Centre. Previously, she was Clinical Services Leader, Early Childhood Services at Thames Valley Children's Centre. Ms. Lowry has also worked as a speech-language pathologist. Dr. Graham Reid, of London, is Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine at the University of Western Ontario. He has published several articles regarding development and child behavior. He is a member of Healthy Babies Healthy Children, Early Identification Implementation Action Group, in London. Rosamund Stooke, of London, is an Instructor of Primary/Junior Language Arts in the Faculty of Education at the University of Western Ontario. She has also instructed School Librarianship Part 1 in the Continuing Education Department, Faculty of Education at UWO. Ms. Stocke is an Adult Literacy Volunteer and community representative on the Oxford Park School Council. Scott Webster, of London, is President of Scholar's Choice in London. His primary focus is to ensure that Scholar's Choice works with parents and teachers to make sure children enjoy education and become life long learners. Previously, Mr. Webster was a manager with Deloitte & Touche Chartered Accountants..Bonnie Wooten, of Chatham, is Manager of Family Health, Family Health Promotion at the Middlesex - London Health Unit. Previously, she was Manager of Family Health, Healthy Babies Healthy Children with the Windsor Essex County Health Unit. Ms. Wooten has written several publications regarding infant health.
