2 April 13, 2012 PART-TIME APPOINTMENTS MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND LONG-TERM CARE Council of the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario Keshubhai Chaudhari Keshubhai Chaudhari, of Maple, is a Professional Engineer and currently President of Priya Import-Export Services. He is the former owner of Chaudhari Brothers Inc., a gas station, donut shop and convenience store operation. He is also a former Production Technician with Canadian Industries Ltd. Mr. Chaudhari is a volunteer at the Elspeth Heyworth Centre for Women, a member of the Akhil Anjana Association ofnorth America and a member of the Mehfil Group. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from West Virginia University. MINISTRY OF NATURAL RESOURCES Ontario Parks Board of Directors Earlene Worrall Earlene Worrall, of Unionville, is a Marketing Consultant. She is a former Director of Global Snacks New Product Development at Kraft Canada Inc. She joined Kraft in 1990 as Associate Product Manager, Maxwell House. Ms. Worrall is a Team Leader at Victim Services of York Region and a volunteer with the Starlight Starbright Children' s Foundation. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen's University. She is a member ofthe Kitchener Waterloo Chamber of Commerce Advisory Committee, a board member of the Canadian Construction Association and an Executive member of the Council of Ontario Construction Association. Ms. George is also a member ofthe Conestoga College Board of. Helen Jowett, of Cambridge, is President and CEO of McDonald-Green, a human resources consulting firm. She is past Chair of both the Cambridge Chamber of Commerce and the Cambridge Memorial Hospital Foundation. Ms. Jowett is currently a Conestoga College Board member. She holds a Master of Business Administration degree and a Diploma in Human Resources. Confederation College of Applied Arts and Technology - Board of Paula Sdao Paula Sdao, of Gorham, is currently Principal and Manager of Air Services at True Grit Consulting Ltd. Prior to this, she was Waste Environmental Planner with the Ontario Ministry of Transportation. She is a member and Vice-Chair of the Confederation College Board of and a member ofthe Professional Engineers of Ontario. Ms. Sdao holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering degree from Lakehead University. Fanshawe College of Applied Arts and Technology - Board of Susan Rabkin Kate Young Susan Rabkin, of London, has over 23 years of corporate legal experience and recently retired as Vice-President, Legal for Labatt Brewing Company. Prior to that, Ms. Rabkin was Head of Legal and General Counsel for both Emco Limited and DiverseyLever Corporation. Before joining these companies, she began her legal career with Morlock & Associates, a private law practice in Toronto. Ms. Rabkin is a member of the Board of Directors of the Children's Aid Society of London & Middlesex. She holds a JD degree from Osgoode Hall Law School, an MA degree earned in Italy and a BFA degree from State University ofnew York. Page 2 of6

Prior to this, she was a Manager in the Corporate and Public Affairs Department oftd Bank Financial Group. For 16 years, Ms. Young was a Senior Television News Anchor with A-Channel (The New PL). She is currently a member of Fanshawe College Board of and a member of the Canadian Association of Communicators in Education. She has a Broadcast Journalism Diploma from Fanshawe College. Humber College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning- Board of Ruth Clark Geraldine Connelly Ruth Clark, of Mississauga, has been Global Chief Talent Director with Hill & Knowlton since She served as Senior Vice-President Human Resources with Hill & Knowlton Canada from 1986 to Hill & Knowlton Canada was recognized as one of Canada's Top 100 Employers and one of Canada' s 50 Best Workplaces when Ms. Clark led its human resources function. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University oftoronto and is a member of the Human Resources Professional Association. She is a volunteer verifier for the Canada Awards for Excellence for outstanding achievements in quality, customer service, and a healthy workplace. Geraldine Connelly, of Toronto, is an Adjunct Professor in Leadership Development and Co Director of the Sustainable Education Academy at York University. She is also Director of Policy and Research for the Learning Pmtnership, a national organization with a mission to champion a strong public education system. She is the former Director of Education of the Toronto District School Board and served as Director of the Curriculum and Assessment Policy Branch of the Ontario Ministry of Education. Ms. Connelly is the recipient of many awards including the Distinguished Educator Award from OISE/University of Toronto, the Government of Ontario Teacher Dedication Award by the Royal Conservatory of Music, Learning Through the Atts, and the Ontario Supervisory Officers provincial award for Leadership in Public Education. She is active on the Board of Directors of several organizations including ALPHA, Learning for a Sustainable Future, Scientists in Schools, Ontario Science Teachers' Association, Free the Children, Humber College, OISE/UT Advisory Council, Children' s Aid Society, and Goodwill Advisory Council. 5 Northern College of Applied Arts and Technology - Board of Rachel Pineault Donald Wyatt Rachel Pineault, of Porcupine, is a human resources professional with more than 18 years of experience. Prior to joining Detour Gold in January 2010, she worked in Canada for several remote mining projects and was instrumental in implementing employment/training policies and procedures, including the participation of aboriginal communities. From 2004 to 20 I 0, Ms. Pineault worked at De Beers' Victor mine in Ontario where she developed a sustainable business model to bring long-term benefits to local aboriginal communities, including training and educational programs. Donald Wyatt, of Timmins, is owner/operator of Wyatt Image Solutions, distributor of office equipment and document management products. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Saint Mary's University, Halifax. Mr. Wyatt is a past Director and President ofthe Timmins Chamber of Commerce and past Chair ofthe Timmins District Hospital Board of Directors. Sheridan College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning - Board of Randall Pilon Shelley White Randall Pilon, of Mississauga, is President/CEO of Virox Technologies Inc., a company that develops and manufactures sterilizers and disinfectants used in food processing and the health care industry. Prior to this, he worked as an independent consultant and in various capacities with Bausch & Lomb Inc., including Vice-President, Vision Care and Division Director, Vision Care. Mr. Pilon holds an MBA from the University of Toronto and ICD.D designation granted by the Institute of Corporate Directors, the Rotman School of Management. He served as an Advisory Board Member for the Hospital for Sick Children from 2007 to Shelley White, of Mississauga, is President and Chief Executive Officer with United Way of Peel Region. She has more than 30 years of experience in the non profit sector. She has held executive positions with the YMCA of Greater Toronto and the Kidney Foundation of Canada, Central Ontario branch. Ms. White is an active leader in the Peel community as the past Chair of the Mississauga Healthy City Stewardship Centre, Co Chair of the Peel Newcomer Strategy Group, Co-Chair of the Mississauga Summit, and Board member with the Toronto Region Immigrant Employment Council. 6 Sir Sandford Fleming College of Applied Arts and Technology- Board of Karen Maki Karen Maki, of Peterborough, has more than 20 years of experience in post-secondary education administration, most recently as Director, Post-Secondary Partnerships and Distance Education at Trent University. Prior to joining Trent, Ms. Maki served as Manager, Program Development in the Office of Open Learning at the University of Guelph. A keen interest in the student experience of higher education is the driver of her work and volunteer activities. Her M.Sc. thesis investigated "Quality in higher education: What is important to undergraduate students?". Professionally, she has served as President and Chair of Research for the Ontario Council for University Lifelong Learning and as Co-chair of the Pan Canadian Consortium on Admission and Transfer. St. Clair College of Applied Arts and Technology - Board of Sherry McCourt Sherry McCourt, of Mississauga, is CEO/President of Career Concepts and the Founder of McCourt & Associates. She served as President and Vice-Treasurer of the St. Clair College Foundation and as President of the Rotary Club of Windsor-Roseland. Ms. McCourt is a graduate of St. Clair College and a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Nipissing University- Board of Richard Onley Richard Onley, of Bracebridge, is a Chartered Accountant who has been in private practice since He is a former Director of Administration and Financial Reporting at Scott Hospitality Inc. Mr. Onley is Treasurer for both the Bracebridge Chamber of Commerce and Rotary District He also chaired the committee that created the Rotary Mentorship Program to mentor persons with disabilities and enhance their potential employment relationships and networks. He holds an Honours Bachelor degree in Administrative Studies from Trent University and obtained his Chattered Accountant' s degree while articling with Deloitte Chattered Accountants.
