36 Summary The CTO in the tortuous calcified LAD was treated. The tapered hydrophilic guidewires were unable to cross the CTO. The Gaia First guidewire was able to penetrate and trace the tortuous calcified CTO lesion.

37 Tapered hydrophilic guidewire Let the wire go as wire wish. When the wire go wrong way, an operator have to stop the wire from moving forward any more.

38 "GAIA" guidewire Make the wire go as operator wish. The operator should identify a proper route inside the CTO.
