Step 1: Steps for Success Have Your Personal Analysis Completed / Become a Product of the Product Step 2: Create Your Goals / Identify Your Why Step 3: Create Your Back to the Basics (BttB) List (list of people you know/your DB) Step 4: Practice Your Core Message Step 5: Pick Up Your Phone and Call Prospects!!!! Step 6: Plug Into Corporate and Team Trainings Step 1: Have Your Personal Analysis Completed Best piece of wisdom You want to go through the sales process so you know what it is like and so you can describe it to someone Be a Product of the Product Will create an excitement (and confidence) that others will feel from you - will be contagious Gives you a story, Facts Tell, but Stories Sell Agents who are on the program, far out sell those who are not Step 2: Create Your Goals / Identify Your Why What do you want to accomplish with your Worth business? How much income? How many sales? Large Team? What do you want your business to look like? Why did you decide to move forward as a Worth Agent? Why is this important to you? Get Clear with What you Want to Accomplish with Your Worth Business and Why that is Important to You Write it down Be specific If you are clear about what you want to accomplish and WHY you want to accomplish it, everything else appears so much easier Step 3: Create Your Back to the Basics (BttB) List 1. Brainstorm Spend 1-2 hours brainstorming on everyone you know Do NOT judge, just write down every name that comes to mind Use memory jogger and/or telephone book Your Database, BOB (Book of Business), SOI (Sphere of Influence), Cell Phone, Social Media 2. Categorize Client prospect, Agent prospect, or both? 3. Rank on a scale from not so hot 10 HOT!!!!! 4. Call on your top 10 prospects! 2

3 Step 3: Create Your Back to the Basics (BttB) List Most commonly skipped step, yet the MOST IMPORTANT!!! Helps make you bullet proof!!! If hear no, or prospects are not ready to move forward, you are not sitting around with nothing to do you have a list of people who NEED this program / NEED what you have to offer Decreases commission breath Gives you your next step Your database is the MOST important thing for your business, your Phone is a close second Step 4: Practice Your Core Message Your Core Message: Brief intro into WHAT it is and HOW it has helped Tell Your Story!!! The rest of your discussion cannot be rehearsed - this is truly just the Intro / a story of what and how Want it short, yet inspiring, memorable and engaging You want people to ask questions Practice, allow it to feel natural Work with your upline Role Play Ask to practice with friends and family Step 4: Practice Your Core Message Example of a Core Message: The Worth Account program is an online, financial GPS that looks at one s income, debt, and monthly expenses and mathematically calculates the fastest way to pay off your loans. It then shows you step by step, turn by turn, exactly how to do just that become debt free in the shortest time frame possible. For example, this is helping my family pay off our 29 year mortgage in only 9.1 years - We are saving over $327,000 in interest and almost 20 years of payments. And, we did this: Without refinancing, Our monthly payments remained the same, And there was no change in our monthly budget Would you like to see if you qualify? Step 5: Pick Up Your Phone and Call Prospects!!! Your phone is your biggest asset Most efficient tool to reach as many people as possible Start a conversation / Share Information!
