WELCOME! I am so happy you made the decision to join our team and our mission, inspiring healthy living around the world! You have an amazing journey ahead of you.

2 WELCOME! I am so happy you made the decision to join our team and our mission, inspiring healthy living around the world! You have an amazing journey ahead of you. You will never feel any pressure, but know that we are here to support you. Before we get started, I wanted to give you an important reminder. You do not have to know EVERYTHING about health and nutrition, or consider yourself a salesperson! Our team is filled with individuals who are passionate about helping others improve their health with a few simple changes. We all know that each and every one of us can benefit from adding more whole food into our daily lives, and we simply share that with others because we care. The education surrounding healthy living will continue along your journey, and we are all here to help you each step of the way. Remember, we ALL started where you are today! If any of this information seems overwhelming at first, no worries! It gets easier the more you use it, and will all fall into place as you get into the swing of things. Just like any new job, it takes more than few hours to be great at it. Treat this just the same and cut yourself some slack! Trust me when I say YOU GOT THIS. In the meantime, no question is a dumb question, the more the merrier so bring them on!

Customer Care Facebook Group - This is your team s customer care group! Add any of your customers to provide them support, education, recipes, etc. Our customers love being part of the community too!

3 FACEBOOK GROUPS You will notice you are being added to a few important groups that help us work our business in the most efficient way. Team Rock Facebook Group - This is our large team page including upline, downline and sideline teammates! This will have constant updates, information, helpful files, and acknowledgements. Customer Care Facebook Group - This is your team s customer care group! Add any of your customers to provide them support, education, recipes, etc. Our customers love being part of the community too! JP+ REPS - Let's Exchange Ideas - This is a company wide page. So many topics and questions are discussed here so it is an amazing resource to utilize. You will see at the top of the page there is a search option, type in any topic or question using a few keywords and you will find a ton of great info! Helpful Hint! Add these 3 pages to your shortcuts bar!

4 CONNECTION CALLS If we haven t already done so, I will be setting up a 30 minute connection call with our business partner. This will help us better understand your specific needs and how we can help you! As you add to your team in the future, you will set up these connection calls as well. I want to show you how and where to do this, so you can reference this page when the time comes. Please follow the steps below for scheduling connection calls: Resource tab Scroll to Set up a connection/coaching call Click the name of your business partner Schedule your meeting and send the appointment to your sponsor so they can join you on the call! Once you schedule the call, make sure to download and fill out the profile sheet for your new teammate or prospect. Send this to your business partner prior to the call.

5 HOW DO WE BEST COMMUNICATE? Please download the VOXER app on your phone, this is the app our company uses to communicate most effectively. Once you download the app and create your account (Free version, you do not need to pay for PRO version) please send me your user ID so I can get our chat started! On this app you will hop on to our chat to ask any questions you have. It works as a walkie-talkie so you will leave your message when you need, and one of us will respond to you as soon as possible. The best thing about this business is that it works around our lives, so it is ok if you can not respond to us immediately. Get back to us when you are able to and we will do the same for you! You will notice there are at least 3 people added to this chat with you. We do this business as a team with plenty of support every step of the way. Typically one of us will be available to get back to you rather quickly to answer any questions or send you info you may need. If you are having difficulty accessing your Virtual Office, please contact the Juice Plus+ office and they would be happy to assist you. 9 SHARING THROUGH SOCIAL MEDIA! Social media is your online store front, use it wisely! The brand you develop builds trust with your network. keep your image consistent, choose 3-5 interests that represent you and stick to them! Here are a few tips for getting started. If you re unsure of what to post, hop on voxer and let s chat about it! Posting Do s: Always provide positive experience. Show the real you. Consumers want to see the human side of you; what you do on the weekends, where you eat, your hobbies/interests. being relatable attracts more people to you. Create curiosity about the product/business. Let people message or comment you for information. Present yourself as a trusted source in your industry. You can start by sharing news and information that you feel is valuable/useful. Diversify your content; Be sure to include images, videos, articles, and even questions. Posting Don'ts: Do not vent on FB, or post overly opinionated content. No need to lose friends! Do not discuss politics, religion, race negatively. (you will offend 50% of your friends/followers) Do not use your business name or website. Let the prospect ask you for info, not Google it! Do not overtly sell. Instead inform and educate to show expertise and build trust. Do not answer post questions (what s that shake? how much are the capsules?) on the open feed! Take these convos to private messenger, keep the curiosity building Rule (for every 15 posts you do) 10 posts that are inspirational, motivational, fun, uplifting, lifestyle. Nothing about business. 4 posts that are subtle about business or product such as lifestyle or benefits of the product without stating the actual name. 1 post that is a call to action such as the Shred 10 or a product post.
