It is assumed the maintenance beam will come out far enough in order for the oil cooler to not require removal if for example the engine was being removed Cooler 2. It is assumed the cooler could be removed/ bolts accessed without the requirement for scaffolding, please confirm Cooler 3. Oil cooler to be supplied with suppliers lifting point certification (Not relevant to drawing, general observation) Cooler 4. It is assumed that cooler hoses/ bulkheads will be clear of access to and from the ladder to avoid trip hazards etc Is it possible to grease the door hinges with the door open, but without going "outside" - I.e, if the door is opened, can the grease gun fit through the opening to access the hinge (This is of course presuming the hinges will be greased to prevent corrosion etc) Cooler 1: Confirmed Cooler 2: Confirmed Cooler 3: Oil cooler to be lifted with soft slings, certified lifting lugs are not provided. (Potentially overhead lighting we are unaware off at this time) If identical for both cranes, please mark this on the document description Document Code 2 The lifting lugs of the engine are located midway, therefore enough height is available for lifting with the maintenance beam.
