4 Gift Card DesignTool New gift card design tool allows merchants to see gift cards with their personalization before ordering! Tool can be accessed from the WorldPay website on the gift card page. Or use this shortcut: t WorldPay.us/GiftCards 4

5 Gift Card Tool Steps Merchants are required to take before order submittal 1. Go to /GiftC d / 2. Select the perfect card for their business needs 3. Print out a copy and give it to their Account Representative or call Customer Care to submit the order. Steps Account Executives are required to take if the merchant does not have access to the Gift Card Tool (before order submittal) 1. Go to 2. Select the design that the merchant indicated on the Gift Card Order Form. 3. Mock-up the gift card design using the Gift Card Design Tool 4. Print out a copy of the screen 5. Attach the print out to the Gift Card Order Form. Note: This printout must be submitted along with the Gift Card Order Form and CPA. It is required paperwork. 5

6 Gift/Loyalty Card Order Form The gift and loyalty order form has been updated These two sections have changes that you will want to note. (See next two slides for details) 6

7 Gift/Loyalty Card Order Form It is important for merchants to mock-up their card design using the new Gift Card Design Tool. We use a variable size font that can run off the card if the merchant uses very large characters (for example W takes up much more space than l ) All text will be left justified (leading spaces are stripped) If your merchant cannot access the Gift Card Design Tool, then YOU MUST do it for them. 7

8 Gift/Loyalty Card Order Form **Merchants must initial that they have utilized the Gift Card Design Tool to personalize and preview their gift card design** 8

9 Gift/Loyalty Card Order Form Select the Card Style The minimum initial order quantity for Standard Gift Cards is 100 cards. Order quantity must be in increments of 100. Note: Order processing fee applies to Standard initial orders and reorders less than 200 cards. 9
