This Villa offers an EXCLUSIVE GOLF MEMBERSHIP at Highlands Reserve Golf Club (being one of the few villas signed up for a Golf Villa Membership Program). This means that up to 8 registered guests can play golf at Highlands Reserve for the villa member fee of USD $22 - USD $35 ) The whole family can come together in this large villa, which has 7 bedrooms (all equipped with ceiling fans) - the children will love the 3 Disney themed bedrooms. When you're not out exploring Orlando, be constantly entertained at home by the games room, the HUGE 60 " LED televisions in the family room, brand new appliances, WIFI internet, and a printer to print all those deals double air conditioning units and gorgeous golf course views.(we are set way back off the 7th Tee...so you still have privacy.) The villaâ s fantastic pool decking area covers the entire width of the house and has been extended out to take advantage of both the late afternoon sun and the great golf course view. This area includes one of the neighborhoodâ s largest private, heated pools (13ft 9' by 26 ft 6') fitted with night-lights & a pool guard for child safety, a spa/jacuzzi and a large lanai with a ceiling fan. We have total privacy from our neighbours. Sterling on Highlands is 20 minutes from Disney and 5 minutes from the Berry Town Centre (where you will find restaurants and a supermarket...even an English pub!). !! There are hundreds of villas to choose from when booking a holiday to Orlando but I wouldn't have any doubt in recommending Sterling on Highlands.

We have also brought the good weather back to Scotland and have just played golf today at 28 degrees C.

!! We would like to return there one day with all my family and hope to contact you next year if we can get all to agree on a time.

If you like the cool shade the seating area under the covered lanai together with the large ceiling fan will keep you cool, a relaxing haven out of the direct sun to read that novel you promised yourself or just to lie back and enjoy the moment. Although in a great location for all of Floridaâ s theme Parkâ s, Highlands Reserve is set among rolling hills, pine trees, orange groves and palm lined avenues - it is a little piece of paradise to come home to and is described as an attraction in itself, with its high quality golf course, club house, childrenâ s play area, tennis courts and further outdoor swimming pool.
