Ceres worked on all windfarms and tidal projects in France so far, providing accurate and reliable data to major contractors. Ceres team has extensive experience in their domains, and are able to answer to any technical requirement. CERES MISSION STATEMENT Ceres acquire, process and provide geophysical and geotechnical data such as imagery, bathymetry, UXO research, light seismic, and sediment sampling which are necessary for most engineering projects at sea. Our multipurpose vessels allow us to deploy divers and scientific equipment such as ADCP and hydrophones on the seafloor. Ceres is very reactive and able to work in any location with short time notice. The Vessel based in Normandy can be deployed from la Rochelle to Dunkirk within 48 hours (WP). Ceres has a long experience working in hard marine environment and knows how to deal with current and short weather windows. The team provides this information based upon the subsea surveys and inspections it carries out. In addition to work following on from these surveys and inspections, a range of other work scopes are also undertaken by the conglomerate, including subsea preparation, asset maintenance and installation support. Results are supplied in the form of data or a detailed report of an activity which will, in all cases, be provided by the project management via the N-Sea Data Centre. This will ensure that the quality of the product will always be of the highest standard and can be presented to the client in any format upon request. Our Data Centre comprises: Data Centre Manager; Chief Surveyor and 6 full-time data reporters. All staff hold the required industry certificates and experience. PROJECT MANAGEMENT Project management will be delivered by N-Sea Offshore Wind, with assistance from local partner Ceres. Our project managers have accumulated significant experience - predominately from the oil and gas industries and they are used to handling large scale projects with multiple offshore diving support and survey vessels and third-party involvement. Our standard language in the company is English, however several of our project managers are conversant in French. LOCAL RESOURCES It is our objective to use as much local recourse as reasonably possible. Our partner, Ceres has an excellent reputation and is well known in the area. Ceres will assist the project team in sourcing local resource. For technical backup for our non-survey activity, we will rely on the assistance of TechSub, which operates four offices in France and one warehouse for temporary storage of equipment. PERSONNEL Our project teams will be primarily comprise employees of the companies within our Subsea Service teams. Subsequently, we will complete the team with personnel in the wider industry. With reference to French legalities, TechSub will supply the majority of the diving personnel, who will then be integrated within our experienced offshore diving teams.
