14 Offshore project planning expert Operations are planned by reviewing all information available and then following a set project planning process, which includes such steps as: Project Procedures Project Execution Plan (PEP), Project Risk Analysis, Operational Risk Register (ORR), Lift Plans, Deck Plans, Health and Safety Plan (QHSE), Emergency Response Plan (ERP) Create Project Schedule Using in-house developed Mermaid software to ensure that schedule is as effective as possible.
