FUGRO MOZAMBIQUE OPERATIONS In 2013, Fugro established a company in Mozambique in order to best service the increasing requirement for geotechnical, subsea and survey support by a growing number of oil and gas, energy, infrastructure, quarry, port consultancy and construction projects, both within Mozambique and across the East Africa region. With offices in Maputo and an operational base in Pemba, we are well positioned to efficiently and rapidly service clients in all parts of the country and region. Using our well-trained local resources, experienced expatriate staff and support from Fugro bases in neighbouring countries, Fugro Mozambique is committed to delivering the same high standards of quality provided worldwide by the Fugro Group. SUBSEA SUPPORT Fugro is a leading provider of subsea support services to the offshore energy industry worldwide. We operate a modern fleet of survey, diving and ROV support vessels and systems around the globe, supporting clients in a diverse range of offshore projects. Providing air, mixed gas and saturation diving support globally, our expertise and engineering facilities permit an ever more diverse range of specialist solutions to meet specific client requirements. Fugro Subsea Services designs, builds, owns and operates a large fleet of work-class ROV systems from strategically located bases around the world, to support drilling campaigns and subsea construction projects. ONSHORE GEOTECHNICAL SERVICES Using our own drill rigs, geotechnical and materials laboratory and specialist testing equipment, we acquire and process geotechnical data, characterise soil and groundwater conditions, and help mitigate potential geohazards. We also provide engineering expertise, site supervision, field testing and monitoring services, tailored to suit the requirements of each project. NEARSHORE GEOTECHNICAL Detailed geotechnical investigations of nearshore sites enable the effective design and construction of new and existing infrastructure. TOPOGRAPHICAL SURVEYING Fugro acquires, processes, interprets and integrates a wide variety of geographic data, forming a comprehensive picture of exploration and development opportunities. We provide a thorough appraisal of surface, subsurface and environmental conditions, deploying our customised marine drilling equipment from either small floating craft or self-elevating platforms.
