2 Geotec Engineering & Environmental Geophysics and Mnemotrix Israel Ltd. are joining together to create a brand new initiative; a One Stop Shop for all of your archaeological and geophysical needs here in Israel. Together we bring 30+ years of experience and professionalism to this field and to your site. We make it visible for you, simply, with leading edge technology and expertise. We would like to work with you to help create a long-term, efficient option for sub-surface investigation at your archaeological site. We are offering a complete set of state-of-the-art technologies that will cover all your ArchaeoGeophysical needs at your excavation site before the upcoming season. What are the benefits of using geophysical imaging methods at archaeological sites? Geophysical methods are non-destructive remote sensing methods. Once you start to excavate at your site it will be changed forever. We can image your site just before the excavations and export the results slice by slice with detailed geophysical imaging survey, limiting the chances you have missed something. According to the Malta Treaty, EU and UNESCO guidelines declare that these nondestructive methods should be used before archaeological excavations. These excavations may be complex in urban areas, holy sites, and so on. We can lead you to the best starting location, answering the question of where to excavate. This usually saves funds, optimizing a limited budget. We can locate a wide range of targets, such as walls, voids, caves, graves, tunnels, buried streets, surfaces, pipes, and construction, saving you time and money. One day of geophysical nondestructive imaging might save you years of excavations and budget, and pinpoint what you are looking for. These benefits are even more pronounced in rescue/salvage archeological excavations when time is a factor. 1
3 We are offering our services in 1D, 2D, 3D and even 4D with the most sophisticated technology and wide spectrum: Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) survey Frequency Domain Electromagnetic (FDEM,EMI), Multi-Frequency Domain Electromagnetic (MFDEM) survey Magnetometer & Gradiometer survey Metal detection including Time Domain Electromagnetic (TDEM) metal detector Seismic methods (Refraction, Reflection, MASW, Remi) Geo-Electric methods (CVES, ERT) Borehole scanning and Borehole Tomography Underground laser scanning and photography Overall geophysical mapping and consulting We have worldwide experience: USA, Israel, Jordan, Russia, Egypt, Poland, Lithuania, Germany and Chile. Funding opportunities via a US registered Non-Profit organization, The Center for Research and Archaeology of the Southern Levant ( Help in navigating through Israeli regulations, statutes, and permits Long-term involvement and follow-up from season to season with scientific journal publication Academic credential & archaeological connections and ties to ensure smooth data acquisition and modeling We can build a week-long instruction in archaeological geophysics coupled with your ground-truth excavations that can be added to your academic lecture schedule. This can attract science and technology majors and professionals as volunteers, thus increasing your ability to excavate more and gain funding next year. 2

7 All of our equipment is in Israel. Why worry about international shipping and handling or fees and regulations? Just bring your crew, your ideas, and get to work! Any questions or suggestions regarding the different ways we can help you with your noninvasive sub-surface investigation at your site are more than welcome.
