2 News June 2016 From now, cockpit with 3 screens frame will include 4 vertica profiles instead of 2 triangles. Same robustness and possibility of installing pedals in standard or inverted position.

5 INSTALLATION GUIDE COCKPIT GENESIS 1º. Unpack the package and put all subpackages around the floor to see them. 2º Take out the 7 - Pedals ( H shape). There are 4 profiles (2 with Internal Machining) Fig 1. 3º You have to unscrew them without removing, so you ll can slide them through the sides ( fig 2. ) 4º Place them forming an H but without tightening the screws completely (fig 4). If you want install the pedals in Standard Position, it s better than the screws of H goes in visible side. If you want install pedals in Inverted Position, it s better than screws of H goes in back side. 5º Take the 34 - brackets of pedals and put the screws in a position like fig 60 and fig 61, and tighten them with the hands. The nut has to turn 90º in order that it doesn t go out. 6º So you put the pedals above and screw the pedals in the H stand. Don t tighten strongly the nut of brackets in H profile, this must be done after mounting cockpit.

6 7º Now take the package with label 4 5 Triangle, and you ll see that there is a profile that is mounted and another with a cutting angle (Fig 5). You must loosen the screws and slide them in the another profile until position like in Fig 6. 8º And tighten them softly like Fig 7 and Fig 8. 9º The same with the another Triangle (like in Fig 9). 10º After, we take the profiles with label 1 - STRINGERS (the longest). You put them with the pads down and the slots in the internal side (Fig 10). 11º After take the package with label 2 - CROSSBARS and take 3 profiles like in Fig º We slide these 3 profiles trough slots of longest profiles, like fig 12 and fig 13. (left, +/- center and right). 13º We can help us with another profile to align them correctly (like in fig 15 and fig 16).

7 14º Now we take the 3 Pillars like Fig18 and we slide them through lateral profiles until the middle of profile. Like in Fig º After we take the triangle mounted of Fig 20 and we slide them through the lateral profiles like in Fig

8 16 We align the triangles (We can help us using the shifter flat holder like in Fig 25.) 17º Then we tighten them. 18ºAfter we take the package 6 Seat Stand. We install 2 profiles in perpendicular like Fig33. 19º Now we tighten the 4 screws Allen M6 or M8. (Fig 34)

9 NOTE : To install the seat in the cockpit, we recommend follow these steps. - We take the 2 profiles of 60 cm and we screw in the seat guides - We screw the guide seat in the seat - We install the whole structure (2 profiles + guide + seat) in the cockpit, inserting the screw heads of the two profiles of 60 cm through the rails of the stringers.

10 20º After, we loosen the screws of Triangle (Fig 36) until take it out (Fig 37).

11 21º Now we take the package with label 8 Screen Frame Stringers. There are 2 profiles with screws, and we install them in two pillars (Fig 38 and Fig 39 ). 22º Then we take the before screw and slide it like in Fig º Then we put the H with pedals, 24º We introduce the H sliding it between the Triangles (Fig 46-47)

13 25º We take the 29 H Brackets Pedals and put them like in Fig 48-51) 26º We put them in the appropiate position without tightening it thoroughly. a) If the Pedals will be installed in Standard Position, here an example photo with the way to install the H structure.

14 b) If the Pedals will be installed in Inverted Position, here an example photos with the way to install the H structure in the Lateral Triangles of Cockpit. There are another ways to install it, but we recommend this way because we can easily access to screws of brackets. 27º Now we take the 10 Reinforcement Crossbar and slide them trhough the rails of 8 Screen Frame Stringers (It s possible fix it before or behind of Screen Frame Pillars). (fig 53-54). The 10 Reinforcement Crossbar can be installed in front or behind the pillars of the monitors. We recommend that is installed between the Wheel Pillars and Monitors Pillars, to use it for

15 different functions. 28º We take the package with label 9 Screen Frame Pillars and do as above, we loosen the connectors like Fig. 63 and Fig. 64, and slide them through the rails, according to a distance that we find appropriate. To do this, we take a measuring tape and measure the distances so they are equal. It is recommended the screws pointing outside the cockpit, so we will always have access to them. 29º We put the 22 brackets pillars screens frame. There are 2 brackets of galvanized steel ( Fig 73 ). And put the 18 CPU Base Angles ( Fig55).

17 30º The CPU stands have steel square nuts. We slide them through the rails. ( Fig ). 31º Then we take the 11 Screen Frame Crossbar ( It has a cover in one side ) To regulate the height of this profile, you can sit in the seat and align it with your height eyes. (Fig 70 y 71 )

18 (The brackets are not like the pictures. They are standard brackets.) 32º Then we take the profile and put it above the brackets. 33º We take 4 allen screws M6 with 4 square nuts and slid them through the rail until the center of 11 Screen Frame Crossbar (2 up and 2 down). These screws will fix the VESA BRACKETS of Central Screen. 34º Then, we tighten the nuts on the brackets to hold the profile (Fig 72) 35º Do the same with the 2 brackets that are installed over the Screen Frame Crossbar.

19 (The brackets are not like the pictures. They are standard brackets.) 36º We take the adjustable joints ( Fig 78 ) and put them in the profile.

20 We tighten the Allen screw M8 (fig 79). Every time you move the it you have to disassemble the joint, because we can damage the screw. Therefore it is important to tighten the joint always being disassembled. We fix the Joint between 10 and 20 cm of the end. We screw it a little press a little. Do the same with the other joint. To mount the bracket arms monitors, we must observe the correct placement of the components of the joint as the following photos.

22 37º Then we put the 12 - Arms Monitors. ( The nut will be on the other side of the handle) ( Fig 82.) 38º When everything is in the correct place, we can adjust the joint with the handle. We can move the position of the handle lifting it gently. 39º Once this is done, we can put the 13, 14 Brackets Screens Frame. These have different holes for VESA systems and slots to adjust the position of the screens. -The VESA brackets can be installed with the short side of the L in the profile and the long side on the screen, or the reverse, the long side of the L in the profile and short side on the screen. 40 º When we have completed all mounting, we proceed to tighten all nuts and connectors and put the plastic covers on their profiles.

23 41º Photo of the 32 REINFORCEMENT MONITOR. It s Important that the Reinforcement Angles are installed like in Fig.16 to prevent the lateral arm tilts down. 42º Photo of the 21 - Wheel Stand Extra. For other components, after of these instructions, we are sure that can be fitted easily.

24 43º Reinforcement plate for wheels : Thrustmaster T300 y T500 Put the plate below wheel, with M10 bolt and M6 bolt. You need to buy 1 M10 bolt of 3 or 4 cm long. PHOTO
