Fit the nut (15) and finger tighten the nut at this stage. Repeat for other 3 corners

Align the center rail (07) over center cross bar (06) and fit with CS screw

With the bow of the slat facing upwards slide one end of the slat (08) into the slat holder located in the side rail (04). 10 Remove slat cap from the center rail and slide other end of slat into it Repeat this for the opposite slat in the opposite rail. Then position the center slat cap over the center rail (07) and push down firmly in place. Repeat for all the slats. 11 This stage may require two people. Remove the screws and washers from the headend (01) and footend (02). Then, using these fittings, attach the frame to the headend and footend at your of the two height positions. 12 If the style of headboard or bed has knobs, screw knobs to top of headend and footend with the threaded stud provided.

Using allen key bolt (13) and flying nut (14) attach the brackets to headend, perpendicular to the crossbar (03) as shown in Fig 2.

16 1 2 Fit one side of the front rail (03) to the cross bar (05) with allen key bolt (12). Similarly it the other end of the front rail to the second cross bar. Fit one side of the rear rail (04) to the other end of the cross bar (05) with allen key bolt (11). similarly it the other end of the rear rail to the second cross bar. tighten the bolts. 3 now your base is assembled. Fit to the side panels (02). 4 this stage may require two people. Fit the assembled base to the side panels (02) with allen bolt (12) Do not tighten at this stage leaving the bolts loose to be able to it back panel. 5 attach the back panel (01) to the left and right side panels with allen bolt (13). 6 once the day bed is assmbled it the slats.

17 7 Fitting the slats. Fit a side slat holder (09) to each end of the the slat (08). Push the itted slat holder into the holes in the front rail. push the other end into rear rail. repeat this process until all the slats are itted in base and the trundle.
