7 Current Loot A note on Script purchases: All purchases of rare items are subject to personal approval by Tardena. She s not happy with parting with any rare items and will not typically allow more than one unless the character can call in a significant favor. She ll also not be amused by obvious use of an agent (i.e. someone offering far more script than they were paid. The party was paid as a group, the party fund has script which you may want to discuss giving or selling to individual characters. Payment for the palace of the Winter Witch: 84,720,000 Bonus for capturing the Witch and a Hag: 06,200,000 Total: ,000 Shares: 11,365,000 Tardena is also paying someone 6,840,000 Script for the services of the Pit Fiends. Other than that, assume there are about 2 of anything common available and about 1 of anything rare. Make an attack: Area burst 2 within 10 squares; Intelligence or Dexterity vs. Reflex (add the necklace's enhancement bonus to the attack roll); on a hit, the target takes fire damage equal to 8d6 + 6 (half damage on a miss). After an extended rest, the necklace regrows a new ruby and can be used again. Lavanya's Shroud (Level 30 Rare) 12,500,000 Script Wondrous Item Properties: Once per day, you can perform the Remove Affliction ritual as if you had the Ritual Caster feat. You do not need to expend components for this use, and you gain a +4 item bonus to the Heal check made when performing this ritual. Ra ven has established an army fund. It pays operational expenses and is expected to show a long term profit. For prisoners or slaves the balance will start at minus 1/5 th the character s ransom and the sale price of the character s gear. There is a separate fund to pay rewards for hunting down and killing any deserters. Magical gear will be purchasable at market prices. Payouts from a mission will be equal to the loot value collected; the army fund will receive a payout equal to the highest individual payout anyone receives; individual share outs are at the commander s discretion. (Side note: Ra ven would prefer fixed shares, but in fact for something like farm security the imps are possibly the most useful members of the group, while in a fight everyone else together is about a match for Neblagon alone. Given this Ra ven has chosen to simply decide on a case by case basis.) When in joint operations Ra ven has started by simply giving each ally that participates appropriate fund credits.

26 Party Contract v. 2.0 The initial membership of this group shall consist of the individuals know as Butterfly, Dawn, Grackle, and Snig. Dawn shall be the party leader; she may appoint deputies to exercise her powers. She may call for a vote on any issue. The party leader may resign at any time, appointing a new party leader prior to doing so. Any member may call for a vote to replace the party leader. This requires a simple majority of all members voting for a replacement leader. Expulsion of a member shall require the agreement of two thirds of all members. Membership shall not be considered voided by death or other disability or absence. The party leader may offer membership subject to ratification by a vote of two thirds of all members. New members must contribute an appropriate pro-rata share of the party fund. The Party may offer non-membership association and terms subject to ratification by a vote of two thirds of members present. Expelled members shall be allowed a reasonable chance to dissociate themselves from the group. This condition may be negated by unanimous consent of all remaining members present for cause. Members of the group may purchase loot for 20% of nominal cost. Otherwise items will be sold at Macenton market rates or higher as soon as practical. Any member may call for a vote to require sale of an item if an appropriate market or offer is available. This vote shall require a simple majority of all members present. There shall be a party fund paid the equivalent of one share of all loot. The party fund shall not pay for resurrections, but will pay for transportation, equipment retained by the group, or other necessary rituals or costs. Rituals and items costing more than 10% of the party fund shall require a majority vote of all members. Items and other expenses costing less than this may be authorized by the party leader for cause. Members not present at the time of acquisition of loot or dead prior to the beginning of the battle in which this loot is acquired shall not receive individual shares. Individuals need not be present at the time of loot division to receive a share if due. The party fund may loan members or associates money or gear for use in party activities. There shall be a fee of 10% of the value of any such loan; this shall exclude items received since the last visit to an appropriate market and shall exclude items being retained by the party. Loans shall be paid from loot shares as the shares are paid out until paid in full. Party debts to members shall be paid prior to loot division, but shall not include any fee or interest, members owed a debt may insist on payment in items owned by the party at 20% of full value. Members of the group may make out wills. The rest of the group undertakes to make a reasonable effort to fulfill the terms of any such will retaining only reasonable expenses. 28 Salthaven Dungeon There are entrances in both gate towers and two more further into the town. The entrances form a diamond roughly a quarter mile on a side (264 squares, 186 squares from corner to center). Inside each tunnel is 10 10, and starts with a 15 stair (to get you underground), and then slopes down at roughly a 10% grade for 80 or so squares (ending 55 underground). All tunnels converge. Thus the tunnels end about 20 squares apart in a square.
