8 1 INTRODUCTION Intertek Testing Services Hong Kong Limited (Intertek) has tested the Jabadoo Ltd. TH-1 (433MHz Tx + Rx) Speaker. The sample was tested to the relevant performance specification published by the European Telecommunications Standards Institute. This report contains the results of these tests and is submitted to Jabadoo Ltd. as the final test results after modification. 2 TEST SPECIFICATION 2.1 RELEVANT PERFORMANCE SPECIFICATION The relevant performance specifications for Jabadoo Ltd. TH-1 (433MHz Tx + Rx) Speaker are ETSI EN V2.1.1 ( ) and ETSI EN V1.8.1 ( ). The harmonised standards are ETSI EN V2.1.2 ( ) and ETSI EN V1.4.1 ( ). The tests performed are those required to demonstrate compliance with the essential requirements of Article 3.1(b) and 3.2 of the R&TTE Directive for regulatory purposes. 2.2 TEST ENVIRONMENT The tests were performed in the Radiocommunications and Electromagnetic Compatibility Test Facility at Intertek laboratory in Hong Kong. The sample was subjected to the ambient conditions in the laboratory and indoor test site except during tests at extremes of temperatures and the Radiated Emissions Tests. The temperature and relative humidity recorded during the period of each test are given in the results. 2.3 CONFIGURATION OF TEST SAMPLE The test sample consisted of one transmitter. 2.4 TEST POWER SOURCES The transmitter is intended to operate from an internal battery 3.00VDC (2 x 1.5V AAA batteries). The receiver is intended to operate from an internal battery 9.60VDC (8 x 1.2V HFR pack batteries) and/or AC/DC adaptor provided by applicant (Model: YS E, Input: VAC 50/60Hz, Output: 12.0VDC 1500mA).
