5 THE WONDER TWINZ 2010 BIOGRAPHY The Wonder TwinZ are here to add their style to the world of HipHop. Their unique personalities definitely know how to move a crowd. These look-a-like brothers were born to entertain. Growing up, The Wonder TwinZ turned their basement into a showcase, entertaining anyone who came downstairs. They created a radio studio with milk crates and all the electronic equipment they could get their hands on. a tape deck, CD player, microphone, even a record player. Anyone who came over was fair game for an interview! It was their inseparable bond and love of music that gave them the nickname, The Wonder TwinZ. They ve gone everywhere together, and friends just started saying, Here come The Wonder TwinZ. The name stuck. After high school, they both took a shot at college. However, they noticed they were spending more time around music and DJ-ing and decided to pursue their real love... entertaining! While looking through the ads in The Village Voice, The Wonder TwinZ saw an opportunity to go out on the road and perform on the college circuit. They gave it a try and never looked back. Since 1997, these guys have toured the U.S. and DJ d at hundreds of Universities across the country. They ve performed in almost every major city and small town from Maine to Texas and Seattle to Florida. The Wonder TwinZ have also left their mark on the HipHop Kulture in dozens of other countries around the globe. They re currently touring the world with one of HipHop s most legendary groups, Naughty By Nature. The Wonder TwinZ have been holdin' the group down as their tour DJ at each show. They ve rocked packed crowds from 150 to 1,500 to 15,000 kids in Germany, Poland, Norway, Amsterdam, London, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, Moscow, Tokyo, Kuwait, Iraq and of course New York City. The Wonder TwinZ recently returned from a USO sponsored tour throughout Kuwait and Iraq. Alongside Naughty By Nature and DJ Skribble, they toured multiple U.S. Army bases and performed for thousands of soldiers in dire need of some well-deserved relief. The TwinZ have also participated on radio panels for dozens of music conferences and educational events. In addition, they broadcasted their radio show on the FM dial in New York City for many years and despite the lack of permanent facilities, The Wonder TwinZ managed to be On-The-Air nightly. Since the summer of 97, The Wonder TwinZ have hosted their own radio program, cleverly titled... The Wonder TwinZ Show. They took this show from their mom s basement to Rockefeller Center and Beyond. In 2002 they were brought into the stellar DJ line-up of Sirius Satellite Radio. They currently host their own daily morning show on SiriusXM s R&B/HipHop channel The Heat. Through the years, they have brought their world renowned mixshow to AOL Radio s Mixtape HipHop channel and dozens of other internet-radio websites as well. In the spring of 2007, The Wonder TwinZ signed a non-exclusive syndication agreement with the radio network, SuperRadio. Through SuperRadio s matrix of 2,500 radio stations The Wonder TwinZ infamous mixshow has been broadcasted weekly on the FM dial in over 30 markets across the U.S. The Wonder TwinZ are extremely proud to have these broadcasting opportunities.
