DESCRIPTION OF BASIC BOOTH Your booth will be available from 2pm on Monday February 6, It includes: } A compulsory floor covered in a needle felt carpet with plastic protective sheeting. } Peripheral panels made of grey concrete Roxipan. } Basic equipment of your booth depends on its surface area. It includes: (see the table bellow): a. The interior of the booth is fitted with metallic rods and/or shelves in transparent glass (indicate on your booth layout diagram where they should be positioned). b. General lighting on the booth is by Cap lamps with a diffusing Plexiglas cover, raised 30 cm above the peripheral panels (detailed description of the lights on p.20). c. A neon sign is placed at the entrance of the booth, showing the booth number, your company name and nationality. The whole structure rests on a compulsory 0.5 m inside panel. d. Furniture allocation (table, chair, stool). e. An electricity box, with adequate capacity for a booth of this size, and fitted with a power socket. French safety regulations for shows require that booths, which are completely closed, larger than 20m² and that have only one entrance, must have at least one emergency exit. TOP VIEW The booth is fitted with a technical gutter which permits to install the electrification and the cables in the periphery of the Booth. This gutter is closed with a removable metallic bonnet.

6 II. RULES FOR OUTFITTING AND DECORATING YOUR BOOTH 1. DECORATION RULES } It is strictly forbidden to stick or nail items such as posters, signs, or stickers on the concret panels, the interior panels, the glass panels and the display cases of the booths. Any equipment damaged will be invoiced. If necessary, please use alternative methods (eg. pictures below) } The walls of the booth are 1,5 m high from the floor. No decorative or display material may exceed this height or protrude into the aisles. 6

7 2. SET-UP REQUIREMENTS 1.You may not alter the metallic structure of the booth. To maintain the harmonious style of the fair, the booths may not be completely open along the aisles. The main entrance to the booth is topped by a 50cm wide panel on each side of the entrance, one of them supports the neon sign. 7

8 3. It is not possible to fit a Cap light just beside the sign. 4. Support panels/partition walls have to be placed every 3 linear meters to support the booth structure. 5. It is not possible to install a showcase and shelves and/or rods in the same corner. 8

DISMANTLING REQUIREMENTS We remind you that the show ends on Thursday 9 February 2017 at 6.30 p.m. (see the show s internal rules which you have agreed to abide by when signing your application to participate). From 6.30 p.m. (to midnight) you must remove all equipment, individual decoration and collections from your booth, and have them taken from the site by your carrier. Please ensure that you have not left anything in the drawers, on shelves, etc We advise you to ensure that someone from your company is available on the booth until all your merchandise has been removed (for security reasons). The Organizer cannot in any event be held responsible for any merchandise left behind at the show. If you can not stay in your booth until the arrival of your carrier, it s probable to request a forwarder to guard your merchandise. 3. CUSTOMIZATION OF THE PANELS You can customize your booth by replacing the concrete exterior facade panels with customized panels (see no.1 in the following illustration).

13 3. CUSTOMIZATION OF THE PANELS You can customize your booth by replacing the concrete exterior facade panels with customized panels (see no.1 in the following illustration).
