Minimum basic package: Each exhibitor will, as a minimum, be required to rent a 3m X 3m Basic Booth (see page 13) comprising of the following: Aluminium structure 1 Double spotlights 1 Electrical Socket* Fascia name (no more than 22 characters). *Type G (British) Socket 230V Move in and move out schedule: Exhibitor move-in: Sunday, May 8, :00-16:00 Exhibit hours: Monday, May 9, :00-17:30 Tuesday, May 10, :00-17:30 Wednesday, May 11, :00-14:00 Exhibitor move-out: Wednesday, May 11, :00-18:00 Order deadline: The price is only applicable to payments made before the 29 th February Orders and accompanying payments must reach us by 01 st April Shipment deadline: Deliveries shipped directly to the SVICC congress centre will only be accepted on Friday 06 th May 2016 as from 12:00 to 16:00 and on Saturday 07 th May 2016 as from 09:00 to 12:00. 2 Payments Method: 1. Credit Card Payment. Only Visa or MasterCard are accepted. Please note that amount will be charged in Mauritian Rupees and a 4% charge will apply. 2. In the event of cancellation by the Exhibitor, cancellation fees will apply as follow: Days before the event Cancellation fee More than 30 days prior to the commencement of the event 25% 30 days prior to the commencement of the event 50% 15 days or less prior to the commencement of the event 100% Labour / overtime Labour rates for setup and cleaning are available on page 18 of the pack. Services rendered outside business hours and Sundays will be at overtime rates. Kindly note that if labour orders are cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled services, full charges will apply. Damage to items Whilst our Logistics partners will exercise utmost care in handling and storing your items, Arcadia Travel shall not be held responsible for any damage or loss incurred to your items.
