1 10 Easy Ways to Increase Your Energy & Happiness Levels INSTANTLY!

2 ...so that you can Reactivate Your Success & Happiness Code Feeling happy has a powerful and positive impact on your body. It affects your body on the cellular level, since it is all in our heart, and heart is an elixir of life! Here are some easy ways that you can practice by yourself which will help you to increase your level of happiness. (We are talking here about consistent, level happiness not how you feel from moment to moment, but over time.) Practice at least one of these exercises regularly and, before you know it, you will notice that you feel happier more often, independently of the circumstances around you. You can choose one, two, or several practices and exercises from this list that suit you best. Or try one for some time and then see how you feel if and how it is working for you. I am certain you will find your favorite by reading this unique and awesome report. As a result of years-long studying and working with clients, this report offers you proven practices that have worked for many who have used them to transform their lives. 3 1. Gratitude Journaling: It is proven that keeping a gratitude journal for 21 days can, on average, increase the feeling of happiness by 23%. Isn t that great, since it works even better than anti-depressants in that short period of time? How and why does it work? Appreciating what you have, by expressing gratitude for all the good things that are already in your life, will bring you a deeper sense of happiness. In that way - the feeling of gratitude increases your happiness, which increases the feeling of well-being and reduces stress, and improves your health overall. Homework for the next week: Do a gratitude exercise: Every evening, just before you go to bed, list 5-10 things that you are grateful for that happened in the last 24 hours. This will help you fall asleep more easily! Remember: Count your blessings, not sheep!

4 2. 2. Grounding Exercise: Grounding will help you to connect to the strong, stable energies of our Mother Earth, bringing that strength and stability into yourself. By grounding, you are drawing the calming and cleansing energies of the earth into yourself, allowing you to live in balance with the nature and energies around us. It helps you feel calm, balanced, and connected. Some of the easiest ways to get grounded are the simple ways we forget in the midst of our everyday hectic lives. It is important to go outside and touch the Earth, connect with plants, animals, and other people. You can just walk barefoot on a patch of grass, or hug a tree, or simply sit on the ground, or do some gardening. Also, try to wake up naturally at your normal time, as often as possible. Homework for the next week: Try doing things that will get you into a grounded state. It could be meditation, a prayer, yoga, tai-chi Find what works for you and do it Go outside and touch the Earth, hug a tree, connect with plants, with animals Grounding will allow you to reach that calm, centered place you seek, and you will gradually learn to identify those negative patterns that do not serve you anymore. At the same time it will allow you to discard them. You can let them go then, and that will make you happier. So go out and get grounded!

5 3. Energy Routine for a quick energy boost When you feel low on energy (3mins) These exercises are to be done when you feel tired, at that time of the day when you tend to feel low on energy. This exercise is called The Three Thumps (K-27, Thymus & Spleen Points). First, find your collar-bone, and find the indent just below the collar bone. You can massage or you can tap those points while breathing deeply. Do it for about seconds. You can cross your arms while doing it if it feels right for you. This point is called K-27 and it is the cross-point for all the meridians. By tapping these points, you flip all the meridians around and the energy flows again in the forward direction in them. It jump-starts your energy system and focuses your mind. It also helps you by aligning your meridians that are flowing backwards. Tap or massage these points. The next point is the Thymus trump. It is very important since it boosts your immune system. You should tap or massage the Thymus gland, in the middle of the upper chest, while breathing deeply for about 15 seconds. Then, you do the Spleen points one rib beneath your breasts. Breathe deeply as you do the tapping or massaging for about 15 seconds. This will balance your electrolytes and help with the metabolism of food, toxins, and stress. You can do this more than once during the day, whenever you feel you need an energy boost. *[This short routine is adapted from the work of Dona Eden. (

Change / Reprogram your limiting beliefs It has been shown repeatedly, and now is more and more accepted by the main-stream medical establishment, that the power of beliefs is the main determining factor of our health. Conscious or not our beliefs rule our lives. There are many ancient methods for reprogramming our limiting conscious and subconscious beliefs. Some methods are based on energy healing and clearing, as well. One very powerful way for clearing and changing our limiting beliefs, and changing our attitudes, is based on affirmations. Using daily positive self-esteem affirmations is a powerful technique for reprogramming yourself (actually your beliefs), by improving your view of yourself, and as a result of that - improving your life. To get the most out of your affirmations: Speak your affirmations out loud Say your affirmations every day, at least in the morning and in the evening Do this for at least 3 months With time, by reprogramming yourself into positive self-esteem, you will start to attune yourself to the higher vibration and positive thinking. Very soon, you will have transformed yourself and your life to reflect your true, inner, radiant nature. Here are some affirmations that you can use. Pick one that you feel attracted to, or change them as you find it more appealing or more appropriate for your situation. s I AM STRONG s I AM HAPPY s I AM LOVE s I AM CREATIVE s I AM IN CHARGE OF MY LIFE s I AM WELL ORGANIZED s I AM CONFIDENT s I AM CREATIVE s I AM UNIQUE s I AM LOVED s I AM SAFE s I AM PROSPEROUS s ONLY GOOD THINGS HAPPEN TO ME

7 5. Change your thinking and your relationship to the world around you. Be in charge not a victim. When you are experiencing a difficult situation do not despair. Ask yourself: What can I learn from this? What is the lesson that I need to take from this event? By doing this you will reposition yourself relative to the situation, moving yourself from being a victim to becoming someone who is in charge of the situation. This will shift your focus on the situation and you will realize that you have choices. Your behavior will not be a reaction to the circumstances around you, but an active choice you ve made. You can then choose how to act based on your options. You will learn that you have the power over any situation, since you always have choices. It is up to you to exercise them. Think Positively. When you think positively and optimistically, you see the world as a place filled with endless opportunities, especially in challenging times. Do not beat yourself up over past experiences that you see as your mistakes. (Once we get old, we never blame ourselves for what we did! Just for that which we didn t!) They were nothing but your blessings. Each and every one of them is a new life lesson and an opportunity for you to grow and learn. Ask yourself, What is that lesson? and be grateful for it! Homework: Find a bracelet that you can easily move from one arm to the other. Be aware of your thought patterns. Whenever you catch yourself thinking negatively, move the bracelet from one wrist to another. Notice over time how the frequency of that exercise changes. Is it happening more or less often with time? Why? Stay with this exercise for at least 21 days. I recommend continuing it for at least 3 months. Believe me it is worth it. It will help you to reprogram your thought patterns but, more importantly, you will feel a better person and you ll be happier too.

8 6. Have some fun! Getting involved in fun, funny activities will raise your vibrations which will make you both healthier and happier, but at the same time, these will make you feel inspired too. Laugh watch a comedy movie 1 per day Listen and/or to inspiring classical music 1h per day and/or Have fun Sing watching stand-up and/or comedy shows 1h per day join a local choir! Make sure you don t miss any rehearsals!

9 7. Clear your energy field. To clear your energy field from any negative energy you may have picked up during the day, take a bath adding 1lb sea salt and 1lb baking soda to your bath water. Do not add shampoo at the same time. Relax and enjoy for at least 20 minutes! 8. Find a Rose Quartz crystal. Rose quartz is a beautiful, translucent pink stone that radiates unconditional love and heals the heart. It is a premier heart chakra, healing crystal. It's the best crystal for healing anxiety because it makes you feel loved, nurtured, and cared for. It is easy to find and inexpensive. You can carry a simple, unpolished piece in your pocket, or wear a beautiful piece of healing crystal jewelry as a pendant. A rose quartz crystal carries a calming energy that provides a feeling of relief from worries and fears. A piece of rose quartz under your pillow can help to alleviate nightmares or insomnia.

10 9. Take good care of your body. If you take a good care of your physical body it will make you feel good about yourself, which is essential for being the happiest person you can be. Exercise: If you are not in good shape you will not have enough physical energy. This will have a negative effect on your mental focus and your emotional strength, and your feeling of purpose will be negatively affected, as well. Studies conducted on people who were clinically depressed showed that consistent exercise raises happiness levels just as much as some antidepressants. Not only that, but six months later, the people who participated in exercise were less likely to relapse because they had a higher sense of self-esteem, self-accomplishment, and self-worth. Detoxify: To promote detoxification of the built up toxins in your body that might be a result of environmental toxicity, food, emotional stress, etc., you should make a warm bath with just a 2-3 handfuls of Epsom-salt and soak for about 20minutes. Afterwards you can add some shampoo. Your partner can help you detoxify by massaging your lymphatic points. The best technique is to ask your partner to massage your back along your spine, on both sides from the neck down to below your waist. Or, you can use a brushing technique. Using the brush, brush yourself vigorously every morning before or after your shower, starting from your feet up, all in the direction towards your heart. It will activate your lymph system, and you will detoxify regularly. Eat fresh unprocessed food and drink natural juices and water.

11 And last but not least: 10. When you are HAPPY - Permanently tap Your Happy moments INTO yourself! Right when you are feeling your best Tap It In! When you feel happy, Tap It In by tapping between your eyebrows! It goes right into your nervous system and you slowly retrain yourself to become a happier person.
