3 Low Media Diet Here we are going deep in your media consumption. You will become aware of what you are taking in on a daily basis, and cut what is not serving you, which will result in a clear mind. Take the following steps: 1. Turn off your social notifications on your phone and computer. (Facebook, Instagram, Gmail) 2. Don t check your in the first and last 60 minutes of your day 3. Kill your screen (smartphone/computer) in the first and last 30 minutes of the day 4. Don t check your social media newsfeeds (I use Facebook Newsfeed Eradicator) 5. Don t read magazines or newspapers 6. Don t watch television and YouTube 7. Don t read books or listen to audio podcasts Advanced 1. Turn off notifications of Whatsapp and text messages.

4 2. Delete your social media icons on your phone. (Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, etc.) You are allowed to enjoy 60 minutes of media a day. I recommend a podcast or relaxing series. Try to avoid mindless media like newspapers or television. But Brian, what will I do with all this free time? It can be an adjustment to cut all the empty fillers in our lives. Here are some things you can do: 1. Any type of exercise (sports, dance, yoga, etc.) 2. Meet with friends and family 3. Take a walk 4. Meditation 5. Create something (writing, audio podcast, video, vlog, painting, drawing) 6. Work on your goals

5 Exercise 1. Write down what media you are going to cut. Be specific. What do you usually consume during what time of the day, and what are you going to replace it with? Enter here 2. Make a video sharing your answer in the Facebook group. QUICK TIP If you want to have a deeper understanding of what media you are consuming, you can use a program called Rescuetime. You can use the Freedom program for limiting your internet usage. With this program you can determine how many daily minutes you want to be able to surf the net, and then it automatically blocks your internet.

6 London Real Eating Philosophy I m excited to introduce you to the London Real Eating philosophy: a lifestyle-based approach to feeling better, living longer and looking your best. I have developed this concept over the last 5 years talking to the top coaches, juicers and movers in the world. The London Real eating philosophy breaks down in four major areas:

7 You will make a plan based on each area of the quadrant for 7 days. If you are new to an area of the quadrant you can practice it for one meal. You can fast until noon on friday, or be a vegetarian on monday for instance. If you feel comfortable with an area you can start doing it full-time. The more advanced you get, the more intense your practice will become, and the more benefits you will feel. Make sure you try each area at least for a day. Then, try to combine multiple areas later in

8 the week. Exercise 1. Create a 7-day plan for each area of the quadrant. - Gluten - Sugar - Fasting - Vegetarian Enter here This is my personal schedule, which I recommend: - Gluten: I don t eat gluten, period. - Sugar: I have no sugar in my diet (sometimes I have some stevia in my bulletproof coffee when a big guest comes to the studio). - Fasting: During the weekend I fast until noon. - Vegetarian: I have a weekly Meatless Monday. My standard week: M T W G - S - V G - S G - S

9 T F S S G - S G - S G - S - F G - S - F Quick tips On a gluten-free diet you can eat any naturally gluten-free foods: - Meat - Fish - Fruit and vegetables - Rice - Potatoes - Lentils Stevia or sucralose is ok, although I recommend to cut this too if possible. 2. Post your written plan in the Facebook group. Goals

10 Most goals are too vague to actually accomplish such as: I want to lose weight I want to get organised I want to make more money Before we head into what the guests have to say about achieving goals, we are going to transform ambiguous goals into crystal-clear step-by-step processes. Exercise 1. Decide on a goal for the following 5 areas of your life - Financial - Health - Friends and Family - Experiences / Learning - Spiritual / Impact / Service Enter here Affirmations

11 An affirmation is a statement declaring that something is true. For this module we will be affirming your goals as if they are true today. By practicing affirmations, you envision and create the future you want by stating that it already exists now. Exercise 1. Decide on one affirmation for each goal. Enter here My personal examples: I am proud of the 10,000 London Real Academy members because it empowers them to live up to the fullest potential in themselves, their relationships, and their businesses. I am lovingly and assertively pushing Kaden, Gaby & Mariana to new levels of fulfillment and happiness through my actions and interactions. I am a high value, extremely motivated executive who makes big, bold, motherfucking, decisive corporate moves (my personal favorite)

12 2. Post a video today in the Facebook group stating all your affirmations. 3. Speak your affirmations out loud in the morning for the next 7 days minimum.
