2 Set BIG goals! Dream BOLD dreams! FlippedLifestyle.com Hey y all! Thanks for downloading our goal setting guide! A couple years ago, right before our online business really took off, we went out to eat without the kids. We sat down together over a great meal and wrote down a series of goals and dreams. We set long term goals and dreams for what we wanted to accomplish in 5 years. Then, based on those long term goals and dreams, we set short term objectives for the things we needed to do in the next year to achieve our long term dreams. Next, we wrote down all the things we needed to do right now to take our first steps toward our long and short term goals (which were financial freedom and quitting our "9 to 5" jobs for good.) The results were amazing. We accomplished our goals in half the time, and now we are setting new bigger goals for the future! We want to help you and your partner do the same! In this guide, we take you step by step through the questions we asked ourselves that led to the success we have achieved today. 3 Step 1. Dream BOLD dreams! *What would we attempt if we knew it was impossible to fail? *What would we do if we knew this was our very last chance (example: last chance at a career move; our last year on earth; etc.)?

4 Step 2. Where are we at RIGHT NOW? *What s stopping us from making our dreams a reality? What s holding us back? How can we overcome these obstacles together? *What is the worst possible scenario, the worst thing that could possible happen, if you pursued your dreams? Seriously, think up the most awful consequences you can if you rolled the dice and went after your dreams!

5 *Now...seriously.is any of that ACTUALLY going to happen? Of course not! The point here is to get your fears on paper and see how they are simply NOT true! Is it easy? no. Could things go wrong? Sure! But not THAT wrong. Without risk, there is no reward, only regret. No regrets, keep dreaming and keep moving! Don t let fear hold y all back. Do what it takes! Make those dreams happen! Step 3. Be honest about what we need to do to make this dream a reality! When Jocelyn and I did this, we knew some things would have to change to achieve our dreams. We decided to sell our house and get something with a smaller mortgage to free up money to use in the business. We had to give up a few fun things we liked to do to work a little more on the side. Nothing is earned without a little sacrifice. But succeeding together online requires you to to do what most people won t do, so you can live like most people can t live! *What are 3 things we MUST do to make this dream a reality? Sacrifices? Actions we will take?

6 Step 4. Set goals to achieve the dream! *Set long term goals to achieve the dream. What do we want life and work to look like in 5 years? *What are 3 things we MUST do to make this happen? *What are our short term goals (1 year from now, where do we want to be?)

7 Step 4. Set goals to achieve the dream! *What are the things we MUST do right now (in the next month) to kickstart our goals & dreams? *What are 3 actions we can take on a daily basis to make our goals and dreams happen?

8 Step 5: Take action NOW, create momentum, make things happen! *What action are we going to take TODAY/TONIGHT, no matter how small, to get the ball rolling? *What action are we going to do TOMORROW, no matter how small, to make this happen? *What WILL we accomplish by the end of this week to make our dreams a reality?

9 Step 5: Take action NOW, create momentum, make things happen! *What is the first milestone we need to hit so we can measure progress we are making toward our goals and dreams? When should that milestone happen? *The second milestone? *Finally, both of you write the following statement on this page: Our dreams ARE possible. We CAN accomplish our goals together. Nothing can stop US!
