We have a dedicated wedding stationery team who can assist at every stage of the process from in-house design to paper selection. Being situated on-site in our print studio allows your dedicated team member to oversee your project from start-to-finish. We offer several options for wedding stationery including a custom-range, printing from your own artwork and a fully bespoke service.

ORDER PROCESS (1) Visit our online shop, select the wedding stationery set you love and the quantity required. (2) Our design team will contact you by with a form for you to complete with the details of The Big Day. (3) We ll supply a PDF proof prior to printing. (4) Delivery! We are currently working to a two to three week turnaround from PDF proof approval. A rush delivery service is available - please ask for details.

5 Printing from your Artwork If you have already designed your wedding stationery we can offer a print-only service. Our team is always on-hand to offer recommendations on card options, colours and the best print processes to get the most from your artwork. ARTWORK SUPPLY All artwork needs to be supplied as a PDF at the correct size - for example if your invitation is A5, the actual PDF should be supplied at 210 x 148mm. The PDF file should be created using Adobe Illustrator or Adobe InDesign. Adobe Photoshop is only suitable for imagery. All Images should be 300dpi+ to produce a crisp image. Artwork needs to include Printers Trim Marks. If any parts of the image bleed off the edge of the page the design then 3mm bleed must be applied. Artwork that is to be litho printed should be set in either CMYK colour or with the correct pantone swatch embedded. Items that feature foiling, debossing, embossing or letterpress should be provided as 100% black. If you are having multiple print processes on one item (for example litho + foiling) we will need the artwork supplied in separate PDFs.

7 Bespoke Design Service We have a dedicated wedding team ready to create your perfect wedding stationery. From the initial concepts, through to the hand-finishing they will be on-hand to oversee every little detail and ensure the final invitations are the jaw-dropping introduction to your wedding. We have a wealth of experience working on both UK-based and destination weddings and can advise on everything from colour-schemes to wording, foiling to letterpress, calligraphy to gilt edging and silk ribbon to wax seals. 9 Ordering Process Consultation Our first step is to arrange a consultation or phone call where we can discuss inspiration and style ideas you already have for your wedding. We will show you a range of samples so you can feel the paper stocks and see the print processes first-hand. From this discussion we will create a mood boards and put together a quote for you. q Design Presentation We will discuss your ideas with a member of our design team who will begin to create your stationery. We ask for a 50% deposit on order. We will create several design options from which you can mix-and-match elements to create the finalised layout. From your feedback we can roll the design out across the whole suite. = Design Sign-off Our design service includes 2 x rounds of text amendments and when everything is perfect we will send you a set of final PDF proofs to approve prior to printing. l Printing & Delivery We print and hand-finish in our London Studio which means your stationery is overseen from start to finish by the dedicated team member who is handling your project. The remaining 50% of the invoice is due before delivery. We have a same day courier for central London deliveries, all other delivery addresses are booked onto next day DHL deliveries. n

10 Calligraphy We work closely with a top London calligrapher who can add that personal touch to your stationery. As well as handwritten envelopes, bellybands, placenames and menus, we can digitalise the handwritten calligraphy and use it to be foiled onto the stationery.

11 Hand Finishing We offer a wide range of finishing touches for your stationery carried out by our in house team. Hand-Tying We can source ribbon or string to hand-tie the stationery together. We can also print a belly band to match the design to hold the cards together. These can be sealed by with permanent tape or a wax seal. An embossing stamp can be made with any custom design and we can hand seal invites in a range of coloured wax. Foil or Pantone Printed Edging We can gilt edge the stationey in a foil to match the design or paint the edges in a pantone colour. Hand-lined Envelopes Created to match your design or made from tissue paper, diamond or square flap envelopes are hand-lined in-house.

13 Bespoke Stationery Pricing Bespoke design and print starts from 9 per invitation and envelope, or 15 for a full stationery suite.
