If goods are in stock we will deliver to you within 14 working days. If they are out of stock we will notify you of the expected delivery date. Our standard delivery is a courier service with tracking facilities. Deliveries are made during working hours and will require a signature. Orders over 15kg will be charged at 6.95 extra per package. UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY 10 UK mainland only and subject to weather conditions. Orders must be placed by midday. This service is not available for monogrammed items or fabric rolls. UK FABRIC ROLL DELIVERY 14 Orders of 10m+ of fabric will automatically be put on a roll. If you would prefer us to fold your fabric please let us know. If your order is less than 10m and would like your fabric on a roll please let us know. OVERSEAS DELIVERY INC CHANNEL ISLANDS Please contact us for delivery cost, or order online where it will be calculated at checkout. Cost will vary according to weight, size & destination. Local import duty may be payable upon receipt. Deliveries are made during working hours and will require a signature. RETURNS If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our products, you can return them for an exchange or full refund. Goods must be returned within 14 working days from invoice date. All items must be returned unused and in saleable condition, with proof of purchase. Please note: you are responsible for postage cost of returned goods. We suggest that you use special delivery or obtain a certificate of posting, as the goods are your responsibility until they arrive at our address. We regret that monogrammed items and cut length fabric are non-returnable. We strongly advise you to request a small fabric swatch before you purchase fabric by the metre. CANCELLATION If you would like to cancel your order before it has been dispatched you may do so quoting your name. If the goods have already been dispatched, please see Returns. CURTAIN SHORTENING 25 PER PAIR Our curtains are 3 metres long. We are able to shorten the curtains for you. Please allow 4% for shrinkage. Please fill out the curtain shortening section of the order form.
