5 AHX640W FACE MILLING CUTTER FOR CAST IRON HIGH RIGIDITY INSERTS SUITABLE FOR HIGH FEED MILLING OF CAST IRON Sloped cutting edge and large rake angle INNOVATIVE CLAMP SYSTEM 2 TYPES FOR DIFFERENT APPLICATIONS New wedge geometry developed to allow an increase in the number of teeth. This unique geometry uses a protruding section that fits inside the insert hole to act as an Anti-Fly Insert (AFI) mechanism. Extra fine pitch and super extra fine pitch types allows higher efficiency milling. Additionally, left handed cutters for use on special machines are also available as standard. Standard inserts can be used with both right and left hand type cutters. Prevents insert from flying out of the pocket.
