2 SECTION 1COMMSCOPE 1 FEATURED PRODUCTS FiberGuard (tm) For installations where conduit or innerduct are typically installed, CommScope offers premise and indoor/outdoor fiber optic cables inside an interlocking armor that provides protection against damage due to extreme conditions. This construction eliminates the need for installing conventional conduit or innerduct and then pulling in the fiber optic cable, thus reducing the overall time and cost of the installation. 1U shelf The RFE-SLG-EMT/1U is a frame-mounted, slide-out shelf that is designed to accomodate up to 48 LC, 24 ST or 24 SC adapters. The shelf can also be used as a splice unit to store 32 Single Fusion Splices, 24 Mechanical Splices or 12 Mass Fusion Splices with the addition of the appropriate splice holders. The overall dimension of the shelf is 1.72 inches (44mm) high, 17.9 inches (437mm) wide, and inches (285mm) deep and requires 1 rack unit height. Copper/Coax 2227V and 2275V CommScope makes more high performance, high bandwidth coaxial cable than anyone else in the world. Coaxial cable's bandwidth versatility makes it ideal for a full range of applications including satellite, residential, video, broadcast, industrial and security. The 2227V and 2275V are idea cables for video transmission. The ability to consistently produce cables with the bandwidth required to support today's demands for digital/high definition TV and high-speed internet service through a CATV modem reflects CommScope's solid strength in this area. 2227V Series 6, Quad, AL Foil, 60% AL braid, AL Foil, 40% AL braid, CCS conductor 2275V Series 6, 60% AL braid, CCS Conductor 100 & 300 Pair 110 Kits Uniprise 110 Wiring Block kits are designed to provide virtually everything needed to terminate twisted pair cables with conductors in sizes from 26 AWG to 22 AWG (.64mm to.40mm). These 110 blocks consist of 25 pair groups and come in configurations to accomodate 100 or 300 pairs. These 110 blocks are wallmountable with legs that permit cables to be routed behind them and are molded in fire-resistant plastic that meets applicable safety standards. All components of the 110 family of products and accessories work in unison with the 110 kits.
