1 Company Profile Overview Established in 1994, Impcross Limited, under the leadership of Richard Arnold has grown rapidly to its current position. The company has gained respect with customers for its technical ability, quality record and delivery performance. An ambitious programme of investment into State of the Art C.N.C high speed machine tools has realised a capability extending to 3rd, 4th, and 5th axis multipallet machining. Hitachi-Seiki and Mori Seiki C.N.C. turning centres with driven tooling, jig Boring and internal / external grinding facilities, with some machines housed in a temperature controlled environment, extend the company s capabilities into high precision engineering. Tool and Fixture design and manufacture is an Impcross speciality, as is prototype and one-off small batch production machining. Precision sub-assembly, including spray painting / stoving facilities, is an established work cell within the company operating to full in house MRP disciplines to support Customer complete manufacture and integration programmes. Approved to BS EN ISO9001:2008 as a base approval for the Quality Management System, second party approvals reflect Impcross s wide customer base. Quality and inspection disciplines are monitored within a temperature controlled area equipped with co-ordinate measuring machines.
