Since then we at Accurate have been endeavoring to offer a comprehensive range of - CMMs Gauges, Measuring Fixtures, Measuring Instruments to cater to the need of industry. We are an ISO certified CMM manufacturing company with in house Design and R&D facility. The manufacturing set-up includes production facility to manufacture Granite Base plate, Guideways, Air Bearings and host of other critical & precision components. Custom Gauging facility caters to design and manufacture of Automated Multi Gauging Systems, Electronic Air Gauging and Special Gauging for typical automotive and engineering components. We have acquired state of art manufacturing facility from Poli (Italy). We have one of best facility for manufacturing Measuring Machines, S t a n d a r d R o o m Products, Calibration Masters and high precision Gauge Blocks. Our young and experienced team is always equipped for Installation, Application testing and Customer support. We also offer Calibration Service through a network of 9 Regional offices and 5 service centers spread across India. Our Third Party Inspection Service caters to the needs of inspection services for big automotive and renowned overseas companies at suppliers premises. The Turn key Solutions we have executed includes CMM rooms, Loading / unloading systems etc. Accurate has Strategic Tie-ups with local and overseas companies to cater to ever increasing demands of customers. 3 Precision Machining & Contract Assembly A unique integrated facility "Precision Machining and Contract Assembly" is created by combining the experience of Design, Manufacturing and Assembly available for wide range products over last 45 years. This machining & assembly facility, which was available only for internal use, is now available for external customers also. With this unique approach, customers now have a 'single window approach' for their needs for precision machining and contract assembly requirements. The production volumes being catered are - 'One off' or 'batch quantities'. The material handled are - Steel, Cast Iron, Aluminium, Stainless Steel.

5 Adequate area is available for Assembly activities with crane and material handling facility. A workforce of skilled artisans with years of experience and is equipped with excellent assembly aids. These assembly skills are derived after assemblying nos. of CMMs, Measuring machines, S t a n d a r d r o o m products, Multi gauging automated systems etc. over a period of time. The manual skills like scraping, lapping etc. are available for achieving desired flatness, bearing and clearance between the sliding surfaces which require highest accuracy. The skill required for critical assemblies using ball screws, LM guides, precision bearings etc. are available. The Electrical (CNC & PLC), Hydraulic, Pneumatic, & Lubrication systems are independently assembled and interfaced with the mechanical units to achieve the desired cycle / results. The automatic loading / unloading arrangement for complex application are undertaken and integrated with main systems. The sub-assemblies / final assemblies are validated as per quality plans by using latest & sophisticated equipments - Laser interferometer, CMM, Portable CMM, Ball Bar etc. The final assembly / product is extensively tried out and tested for performance jointly with customers before despatch.
